Unbreakable bonds (mikayuu)

Chapter 4

Krul paced around her throne room with worry written all over her face. "Krul dear, you really need to calm down-" Ferid was attempting to calm the queen down but nothing was working. "Ferid, I don't remember even allowing you in here. Get out." Krul barked at him. "That's no way to treat someone who's attempting to help you. Now, when was the last time you heard from Mika?" Ferid was actually a bit worried to. "It... It was about a week ago when I sent him on that mission in Ikebukuro. I don't know if I gave Mika enough blood to last him and if something happened to him..." Krul shook her head violently and plopped down on her chair and sighed. "Well have you sent out a search party?" Ferid was running out of suggestions. "Yes. Multiple. They were all useless." Krul got out of her throne and started to walk towards the door. "If no one else can locate Mika, I will." Krul walked out of the door, leaving Ferid by himself. Ferid then began laughing. "It looks like things are about to get interesting!"

Mika was out of Krul's blood and thirsty. He went into the corner of Yuu's room and went into fetal position and started to whimper in pain. "Hey Mika are you-" Yuu walked into his room to see Mika whimpering in the corner. Yuu immediately rushed over and started to panic. "H-hey! Are you ok?!" Yuu was shaking Mika to see if he was responsive. Mika looked at you in the eyes and said "Get away..I-I don't wanna hurt you..." Yuu smiled a soft smile. "You'd never hurt me, idiot. Also I can tell you need blood so..." Yuu began to pull down his collar and pulled Mika's body close to his. "It's ok. I don't mind if you drink my blood." Mika started to come closer to Yuu's neck but backed away instantly. "No... I'll hurt you. I won't be able to control myself." Yuu sighed then pulled Mika's head right next to his neck and started to pet Mika's head. Mika started crying and bit Yuu. Yuu smiled weakly and held Mika in an embrace. "O-ok Mika that's enough..." Yuu sounded in pain now, but Mika completely ignored him and kept drinking. Yuu tried to shove him off but Mika was too strong. Just as Yuu's vision started getting hazy, someone opened the door. It was Mitsuba. "Hey I thought I heard some-" Mitsuba looked down to see a dying Yuu and a thirsty Mika. "H-hey!" Mitsuba instantly began trying to pry Mika off. "I need help! Someone!" About 10 seconds later Yoichi, Kimizuki, and Shinoa all rushed in the room and began to help. "Damn...how strong is he?!" Kimizuki was probably the strongest one here besides Mika and was still having difficulty. Yuu's ears started to ring and everything was fading to black. Suddenly Yuu felt like something was ripped out of him. He looked up to see Guren and Shinya tackling Mika. You four go get Yuu to the hospital right now!" Guren and Shinya were trying and failing to keep Mika under control.

It had been two days since Yuu had been hospitalized and Mika was not allowed to go near Yuu without supervision. Mika felt horrible. He hurt...No, almost killed the only family he had left. Mika stood outside of Yuu's hospital room waiting for him to wake up. Sitting next to him was Mitsuba, Shinya, Yoichi, Kimizuki, Shinoa, and Guren. "I hope you realize how much you hurt him, Mika." Guren was about ready to scold Mika again. Mika looked down in shame, on the verge of crying. Suddenly, the doctor walked out of the room. "Mikaela Hyakuya, Yuichiro would like to see you...alone."
