I finished up with the last camera, which is was placed in the corner of her room facing her bed.

I got off of the stool and looked at her.

Her body started jolting.

She's waking out of the coma the drugs put her in.

I scrambled to the door and quickly ran out of the room.

I heard her yawn.

She's awake.

I run down the stairs and grab my bag.

I run out her house and down the driveway.

Go! Go! Go!

I run down a few houses to my car.

I get in and start the car.

I can't be anywhere near her house.

I drove out of the neighborhood in a hurry.

I heard someone running down the stairs.

Something inside of me took charge.

I grabbed the bat and ran down the stairs.

By the time I was there, the door was wide open and I looked out into the moonlit neighborhood.

I ran out and saw a man running.

Not a man, a boy.

I ran down the driveway to see him get into a car.

He quickly started the car and backed out.

As he turned, I saw his license plate.

My jaw dropped and my eyes widened as I remembered that plate.

It was Ethan's.
