Right as Noah saw the twinkle in Emily's eyes, he knew that she was the person that he had to persevere to become friends with. The problem was that Noah didn't know how to make friends easily. There was an empty seat next to Noah so Emily had to sit beside him. Emily complimented the drawing that Noah drew. On the other hand, Noah didn't know how to reply because he was a bundle of shyness. After a while, Noah felt more aligned to talk to Emily because he pushed himself to be friends. After a long time, Emily and Noah had grown closer and closer and they would be best friends for their whole life, just because Noah was brave enough to persevere.
