Chapter 7: Alex's POV

“So, you going home?” she asked. “Yeah.” I answered.

“Can I go to your house?” she asked. “Yeah. Sure.” I bid.

“What route?”

“Well, its Colorado Ave.” I answered.

“Good. My way home.” She said with a smile.

We walked down the Colorado Avenue. “That bakery has the most delicious cakes!” she said as she points to the bakery of my grandma.

“Yeah. My Grandma owns it.” I said not that quite boasting.

“Really?!” her face was shocked, well not that shocked.

“Yeah. That’s what everybody says when they knew that my grandmother owns the bakery.” I said.

“Wait. Here’s my house. I’ll just tell my parent’s that I’ll go to your house. Come in.” she said cheerfully

Her house is just across the bakery, so… yeah.

“Mom?! I’m home!” she shouted. “Oh Jade!” her mother went down.

“Mom, I’m gonna go to Alex’s house. She’ll teach me how to play instruments.” Her smile was really big!

“Great! Be careful!” he mother kissed her in the forehead.

“Come.” She said. I was just in the living room. “Hey, uhmmm I didn’t even talk to your mom.” I said while going out of the door. “Yeah. Maybe she  didn’t see you.” I smiled

“So, where do you live?” she asked.

“See that winery? Across the road.” I pointed

“Near the winery?” she asked. “Yeah.” I answered.

“That’s a hacienda! Are you kidding me?” she shouted at me.

“Yeah. I know.” I answered. “Seriously?” she said. “Yeah. Wait ‘til we get there.” I said.

We walked ‘til we got into the hacienda. “Come inside.” I said.

“O my!” she shouted.

“Faster! Now do you believe?” I asked. “Yeah! I believe you.” She bid.

“Grandma!” I yelled. Grandma went inside from the backyard. “O, hi Alex.” She bid.

“Who is she?” grandma asked.

“She’s my friend Jade.” I said.

“Oh, hi Jade. “ Grandma responded.

“Grandma, we’ll be at my room. I’m gonna teach her how to play ‘GUITAR’.” I said while looking at Jade’s face.

“Yeah.. Sure, sure. Just tell me is you needed something.”

We headed to my room.

“You have a big room.” She said

“Not that much. Hehe.” I replied.

I brought my guitar out of its case. “Here.” I said.

“Grandpa has another one I’ll just borrow it to him. Wait here. K?” I instructed.

Grandpa is at the backyard helping Grandma arranging the plants.

“Grandpa, can I borrow your guitar?”

“I thought you have your guitar?” he asked.

“Yeah. I do have mine. ‘Cause I’m gonna teach my friend how to play guitar, and I let her borrow mine so.”

“Sure.”

“Thanks grandpa!” I ran to their room and get the wood colored guitar of grandpa.

I thought her some easy chord. “Geez. I didn’t notice the time.” Jade bid.

“I have to go now.” “Yeah. Sure.”

“Thanks by the way.” She smiled.

We were at the gate and Greyson was there. I was like blushing, ‘cause we’ve seen each other for like 1 hour ago.

“Bye!” Jade said while waving her hand. “Bye!”

I faced Greyson “So what are you doing here?” I asked.

“Just visiting.” He answered swiftly. “We’ve seen each other just an hour ago!”

“Yeah. I know…” he paused. “I.. I kinda miss you.” He blushed a bit.

“You missed me?!” I shouted. “Kinda. I think..”

“Can……”

“Hey!” Hannah interrupt Greyson.

“Hi Hannah.” I smiled.

“I heard you’re at the 3rd class.”

“Yep!” she cheered. “So what are you 2 doing?” she asked.

“Nothing. He just came from somewhere.” I said.

“What were you saying?” I faced Greyson.

“Uhm. Nothing.” He answered. “What is it!” I commanded.

“It’s nothing.” He answered softly.

I don’t know why they came here.

“I… I have to go.” “Wait you just came here. Why would you leave so fast?”

“I have things to do. Uhm catch yah later.” He said softly with a smile printed on his face. I just waved good bye to him

Greyson’s POV

                         “What am I doing!?” I whispered to myself. “What’s wrong with me?”

My moves today are like very odd. It’s just an ordinary day for me. I should’ve lie to her… I don’t know what to say. When it comes to her, I always run out of words. I’ll try not to talk to her tomorrow.
