Part 4

Arghhhhh!!!! Help me!!!

Umang suddenly woke up upon hear that screeching shout! Luckily she didn't get whiplash effect for sit up too quick. Feeling super confuse while trying to gather her thinking why she not sleeping at her own bed.

Umang!! Help me!!

Umang hear Maw shouting for help.

Umang looks down from the tree they been sleep on, Maw was running around like a crazy woman. Lost all the graces. Note the sarcasm. 

Maw was chased by two wild cat. Their skin look almost like leopard. Just wild cat is in a smaller size than actual leopard.

Umang jumps down from the tree, trying to find some twig or weapon to scare off the wild cat. Although they're small but they known for their vicious and carnivorous.

While seeing Umang, one of the wild cat hissing and face Umang- in ready to attack position.

On Umang's left side, Maw is wrestling with the other wild cat, trying to get it off of her before it eat her face.

Umang's opponent already launch the attack. Trying to bite her neck. Umang was panicked. She swung hard the ilang and manage to cut off the animal left front paw. Its howling in pain. Ilang is very sharp. Similar to sword but its more light and sharp with tribal motive craving. Her mother give it to her before they depart.  

Upon hear that. The wild cat that attacked Maw stopped and looking to its partner.

She know they're a pair of male and female wild cat from the way they act.
Slowly Umang walks to Maw side. Didn't take her eyes from the two wild cat licking each other wound.

"Are you okay?" Umang ask Maw. Maw nodded while trying to brush off the grass and leaves on her clothes. 

"How you can be chased by them?" ask Umang to Maw. "I can't sleep any more. So i decide to find a stream where i can take a bath. That how i meet them while i go on my venture." Maw answered. Umang chuckled while hear Maw answer. 

"What so funny about that?" Maw sounds angry. "Nothing. I just never think you such a unlucky lady" Umang say with chuckled. "Come, we must left this place before the wild cat couple attract their clan and eat us for breakfast" said Umang to Maw. 

Upon hear that, Maw hurriedly pick all their parcel and sling her bag, ready for journey. 

"We try to go to the east from here. If i not mistaken, mom said there's a village which is the chief is father's friend. maybe he can help us." explained Umang to Maw. Maw just nodded silently look very serious and in deep thought. 

"Mind to give a penny for your thought?" ask Umang to Maw. Can't contain her curiosity any more. "Nothing. I just thinking when will us stop and have our breakfast. I'm starving." Maw said. As a cue, her stomach growling. Umang rolls her eyes. Regret she has ask. Thought there's more bigger issue than that make Maw so serious. 

"Hmmph! Why i not shock to hear your answer" Umang retorted. "Come on walk faster. So that we can let you feed monster in yours stomach later" says Umang. Maw just smile and run a bit to match Umang footstep.

After what seems like 5 hours of walking, then they see a cloud of smoke rise to the sky from the village that build on the terrain in front of them. Its such a big and beautiful village. Surround with thick forest and have a thick wall that makes the village look like fort. Umang and Maw look at the village with awe. It's such a beautiful village. 

They been welcome with the hustle bustle of the busy life of the villagers while they arrived. Everybody do their own job. No one pay attention to them while they enter the village. Umang feel kinda relieved. She not fond of attention. 

They heading to the biggest building or house in the center of the village. From Umang experience usually the biggest house means the higher rank the people stay inside the house. So that's mean chief live there. 

While they want to knock the door, suddenly the door been open by a good looking young man. All smile and friendly. "Hi, how may i can help you beautiful ladies?" He said. So smooth. Umang just ignore him. Trying to peek inside the house. 

"Wow! Nice house." Maw says. Suddenly clasped her mouth when she realize she speak loud. Red like tomato. Ashamed. 

The young man chuckled. "I bet both of you are not from this village. Come inside. Maybe you want to meet whit my dad." says the young man with a wink. Umang feel very uncomfortable with the young man flirting behaviour. She try to be polite. Don't want to make enemy don't we. 

"Daddy, there's visitor want to meet you". calls the young man before they enter a room look like office. There's sit an old man. Radiate with power aura. He must be the chief. Umang fidgeting with her finger. Nervous.
