Chapter 6: A Man In The Dark

Warning: Some gore in this chapter,not much though

I awoke from my sleep. I got and looked around,all I see is black around me,pitch black,nothing else. Until I see a table with a person on it,it spiked my curiosity. I got up and started to make my way to the body,I couldn't tell if it was dead or alive,I hoped alive. I walked up to it and once I saw what I did,my jaw dropped. I saw a dead,rotted corpse,it had blue stuff oozing out of its eyes and cuts on its body,there was no clothing on it so I could see all of its wrinkly purple skin,I almost threw up.

"I wouldn't stare to long at that if I were you" Said a voice behind me.

I turned around and saw a man wearing an assassins cloak and clothes,he had a scar from the tip of his eyebrow to the tip of his mouth. "W-who are you!?" I say very startled.

"The more important question is who are you"

"Wha-what do you mean"

"I mean that you think you have nothing but you do have something, you say your life sucks but there are people with worse lives, now why would you say those things?"

"B-because....because...." I look down and become quiet.

"Because you've experienced so much pain in your life your trying to hide it"

"Well ya...I guess your right..." I slightly mumble

"I know I'm right,I can see into your heart"

I chuckle and say "Right cuz I SO believe that"

He shrugged and said "Well you should,now I would get away from that corpse, he doesn't like it when you stand to close to him"

I turn to look at the body "What!?" I turn back to where the man was but then I found he was gone. "Weird" I mutter,still looking to where the man was until I feel something cold and clammy grab my wrist, I jump and scream. I turn my head to see the cold purple hand of the corpse on my wrist. I scream such a loud scream.

I bolt up in my bed,covered in sweat, I look around frantically thank god... I think,I'm kinda panting but kinda breathing normally maybe I should go get something to drink... I thought. I got up and walked out carefully and quietly,careful not to wake anyone up,I slowly walk to the fridge,get a drink of water,go back to to my room,lay down in my bed,and fall asleep.

A/N: awesome! 6 chapters done! I just realized that six chapters are the most chapters I've don't in any of my stories....I'm gonna have to change that in a diff story >:D
