Chapter 10: Gosh Darn Sniffles...

After Flaky got out of the shower, she changed into one of Flippy's black shirts and a pair of Flipqy's grey pajama pants before heading back downstairs...

Once she made it to the bottom step she heard Flippy and Flipqy talking quietly in the living room.

Flaky's POV:

'The boys both seem so nervous... I wonder what on earth is going on?' I thought to myself as I listened in closely. Flippy then began softly speaking again, his voice trembling with worry.

"That's what he said... What the heck are we gonna do?"

Flipqy then sighed deeply.

"What are we gonna tell her?" He asked softly.

Flippy then thought for a moment.

"We can't let him destroy you! If he kills you off we'll both die... What would happen to Flaky if we both vanished?" He mumbled as he started to pace around the room.

That's when I decided I couldn't take this anymore, so I walked into the living room slowly and wrapped my arms around Flippy, who was still pacing.

Flippy's POV:

"Flaky?" I smiled softly as I felt her arms around me.

"W-what's going on?" She asked with a trembling voice. Flipqy and I then took her to the couch and cuddled her as we tried our best to explain...

Flaky held our hands as I explained my PTSD, and who Flipqy really is... She seamed a bit startled, but then only tightened her grip, intertwining our fingers together.

We then told her about Sniffles little stunt...

"You see Flakes," Started Flipqy... "That blue headed-no brain-ant eating thing, decided to pull one of his crappy 'experiments' on Flippy and I... In an attempt to separate us from being the, eh, same person... I was Flippy's other half, the killing machine inside of him. A shameless, blood thirsty monster... Sniffles thought if he could make me into my own physical being, he could destroy me for once and for all..."

Flaky then started to cry a little, causing my heart to shatter. Flipqy saw her tears and a tear escaped his own eye. He then smiled softly at her.

"Hey, chin up buttercup, everything will be alright." He chuckled as Flaky threw her arms around both of us, making us slump back into the cushions with slight chuckles. She then kissed us both passionately, causing our lips to tingle at the sensation. We had never been kissed before, and we were taken by surprise at her sudden act of love.

"I-I love you guys" She stuttered as she played with her hair sheepishly, making Flipqy and I smirk at her before attacking her with kisses all over her face and neck.

"We love you too, little girl"

She then held us both in her arms and nuzzled us gently, causing Flipqy and I to, eh, get a bit excited...

That's when the dang doorbell rang...

Flipqy's POV:

Ah great, who's at the door?... I scowled to myself as I gently withdrew from Flaky's heavenly embrace. I then made my way to the door and opened it to find none other than, Russell?...

"Yarr, Greetings landlubber, I be bringing by a package from Lumpy... He said to give this to ye..."

He said with a sigh as he handed me a small box. That's when I noticed his eye patch was flipped up, exposing his, other eye?

"Thanks Russell, heheh, your uh, patch is up..." I chuckled as his face turned red.

"Ye saw nothing!" He said as he quickly hid his other eye, the eye everyone thought he had lost at sea...

He then turned and walked away after waving goodbye, and I shut the door quickly behind me before walking back into the living room where Flippy and Flaky were still snuggling.

"Who was that?" Asked Flaky with a hint of worry in her soft voice.

"Russell... With a package from Lumpy..." I sighed as I handed Flippy the package.

The package then began to glow an unearthly green color...

Great... Lumpy baked us cookies again...
