Emma's POV
My head is throbbing and I open my eyes slowly but one of them doesn't open all the way and hurts like hell. I see that I'm tied to a chair in what looks like a basement. I look around and all I see is darkness mainly, besides the small light bulb hanging above me. Where am I and how did I get here? The last thing I remember was heading out to go spend a relaxing day with Regina and Henry.

Regina's POV
"Mom where is she?" Henry asks breaking the silence we've been sitting in. We have been sitting quietly waiting for Emma so we could start a movie but it has been 20 minutes past when she was supposed to be here.

I sigh and look at him, "I'm not sure Henry, I've texted her and she did not reply. Let me call her real quick." I step out of the living room and into my office and dial her number. 'Please pick up and have a good explanation' I think to myself as the phone rings. But no one answers. I sigh and head back into the living room. 'What happened that she isn't answering and cancelling plans? I thought things were good'. I ask myself then tell Henry that she must've forgotten or something and that the day is off. I leave him in the living room and go up to my room.

Emma's POV
I hear my phone ringing to the left of me, it's Regina's ringtone, I look to the left and see it lighting up on a table. And I feel like crap, she probably thinks I'm ignoring her. 'I'm sorry Gina' I think to myself.

I hear a door shut and then the room is lit up with a bigger light that is above the room. I see Hook then suddenly remember everything.

I remember walking to my car when he came up and asked if we could talk, I told him that I was trying to get to Regina's and he got mad. He looked around and saw Mary-Margaret looking out the window while holding Neal. He waved at her and she waved back and waved Neal's hand at us then walked away from the window. Then as soon as I faced him again, his fist was coming at my face. Then I woke up here.

"Ahh, you're finally awake. And you've got a nice shiner forming on you." He walked over to me and kissed under my eye that was throbbing, I whimpered because it was a fresh bruise and hurt like hell. I spit in his face and he slapped me. "Let's play nice Swan." He laughed.

"It doesn't seem like you're playing very nice, now let me go."

"You see, I can't do that. I loved you and you broke my heart and for who? That whore Regina!"

I could feel my face getting hot, he did not get to call her a whore. "How is she a whore? Please elaborate."

He laughed, "well she couldn't get Robin so she goes for you? First you're a women and second you were taken." He didn't even know what he was talking about. It wasn't her that made the first move, it was me.

"So what are you going to do? Keep me down here forever? People will come looking for me."

He pulled me in and kissed me, forcefully, making me sick. "No, you see the plan is for us to have a little fun, and then maybe you'll come to your senses and want me back or maybe I'll just get rid of you or I'll just leave town and start over new. You know we never had sex when we were together and I bet you're good in bed."

"Well you will never know. Now just let me go." I tried wiggling my hands out of the rope but couldn't. I began screaming, "HELP. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!"

He slapped me then put tape over my mouth. "You just can't keep your mouth shut." He grabbed a needle out of his pocket and then stuck it in me, putting whatever was in it in me. I soon became very tired. I tried so hard to keep my eyes open but I just couldn't.

Regina's POV
I got a text from Mary-Margaret asking if Emma was staying here for dinner or coming home. I was confused because if she wasn't there and she sure as hell wasn't here then where was she.

R: Emma never made it, I assume she cancelled plans. Is she not there?
M: No, she left to head that way. I last saw her talking with Hook.

When I read that I jumped up, last time they talked she broke up with him and he slapped her. I ran down the stairs and Henry was still on the couch playing a video game. "Henry, um I do not know where your mother is and she isn't with David and Mary-Margaret so I'm going to go look for her. I want you to stay here in case she shows up, okay?"

His eyes were wide, "I'd rather go with you and help but I guess I'll stay here." He shrugged into the couch. "I'm sorry, I'll be back hopefully soon." And with that I headed out.

I went to Hooks place and he was not there. I grabbed one of his shirts and put a spell on it to lead me to him. I began following it.

Emma's POV
I opened my eyes and saw I was in a different room and I was tied to a bed with my arms and legs spread out and I was in my bra and panties only. 'Did he rape me? Oh my gosh, what is going on and where is he?' I thought to myself then soon saw him opening the door to the room. "It's about time you woke up so that we could make love." I shook my head no and tears began to form as he started to undress himself. He stripped down to his boxers. I tried to break free but couldn't.

He got on top of me straddling me. He kissed the tape over my mouth then started kissing my neck. "You smell so heavenly. I wish I could taste your mouth again, like I used to but I can't trust you to take off the tape. But I will be to taste the rest of your body." Tears were rolling down my cheek at this point. 'Please somebody find me' I begged to myself.

He began sucking parts of my skin down my stomach. When he got to my panty line he stopped and sat up then with his hook he pushed it under them and wrapped them off of me. "Stop, please stop" I tried saying through the tape. "Sorry love, can't hear you through the tape."

Regina's POV
I followed the shirt to an abandoned little wooden shack that I had never seen. 'He must've made it himself' I thought as I walked into the house and made the shirt vanish. I could find my way around this small place. I saw a door and opened it slowly. Inside was Hook onto of a tied down Emma with only her bra on. He said to her "sorry love, can't hear you through the tape." I used my magic and threw him off her and onto the floor. Emma's eyes got wide with what looked like relief, 'here I was saving the Savior'. Hook tried to get up and I pushed him down with magic and made it so he couldn't get up.

I ran over to Emma and untied her and took the tap off her mouth and she wrapped her arms around me while crying nonstop. "I knew you'd come." She said. "Aww well isn't this sweet." Hook said. I glared at him but spoke to Emma, "Emma, honey get dressed, I'll deal with him."

She grabbed her clothes and put them on while I ripped Hooks heart out, weakening him. "You know, I was trying to be a better person but you're not a good person and I can't have you here, in my town putting them, myself and my girlfriend in danger." I squeezed his heart a little and he tried to speak but was unable to.

I turned to Emma, there are better ways I can go about this. I can throw his sorry ass over the town line and he won't remember a thing and won't be able to come back or I can squeeze his heart and kill him. You've made me a better person and I promised myself I wouldn't kill anyone unless they had darkness. So it is your choice."

Emma's POV
Here I was, left with these options. "I was hoping you would kill him but I can't allow you to make your heart darker when you've tried so hard to lighten it and it would put darkness in my heart if I did and told you to, so I think we should just put him across the town line."

She smiled at me, put his heart back in and waves her hands so that we were all three at the town line and he was tied up with rope. "What are you going to do just push me?" He laughed. Regina replied, "pretty much and pushed him so that he fell and landed on the other side." We watched as he looked at his hands and feet tied together and then soon loosened himself from them. He looked around, cluelessly then began walking.

I turned to Regina. "I'm sorry for ditching out on our movie day, as you can see I had another arrangement" I jokingly said to lighten the mood. She laughed then grabbed me and kissed me passionately, "I'm just glad that I could save the Savior," she smirked at me and grabbed my hand. "Let's go let your parents and our son know you are safe."
