Chapter 4

2 weeks have gone by with my parents funny acting.
Tonight we are having dinner with some very important people - like my father says.

I wear a Black sleeveless dress that comes up to my knees, with black heels.
I am putting on mascara when the doorbell rings.

When I head down the hall I quickly look in a mirrior, my hair is done perfectly in curls,
My mascara is perfect and I have blush on but not to much, I touch my necklace before heading down stairs.
When I come down stairs I am greated by a table full of food.
"Ahhh, their is our beautiful daughter, Michella you're just in time. " my father's voice brought me out of my gaze.
At the table their where my p and parents, my mom, Julian, had her brown hair in a bun and had mascara that made her green eyes pop, she was wearing a formal ruby dress, my father, Danny, had black hair and blue eyes, he was wearing a grey suit.
People all ways thought we wear related because my mom had Green Eyes.

Across from my parents sat a couple that looked the same age as my parents, the women had Brown hair and brown eyes, the man had black hair and blue eyes.
They both smiled which I returned ,
When I walked to the table I noticed two other people at the table that looked familiar, the boy had Brown hair and blue eyes.
While the girl had Black hair and brown eyes.

I smiled at them and sat, " Sorry to keep you all waiting. " I say politely .
"It's okay dear. " said the women.
"This is Matthew Reed, his lovely wife Catherine and their two children Callum and Paige. " my father said.
Nice to meet you all. " I say nodding .
"Let's dig in. " said my mom.

During the dinner the parents had their own conversation .
I kept on thinking where their children look so familiar.
"Have I seen you guys before. " I ask them.
"Yeah , we bumped into each other at the mall. " Paige says.
I clicked my finger, " Yeah, know I remember, I saw you guys."

The rest of the meal is about Mr and Mrs Reed asking basic questions .
"Okay, we have an announcement. " my father says.
"Darling , you are going to a new school. " My mom says happily.
I stare at them in shock.
"W-what ?" I finally say.
"Yes, The Reed family has offered you a scholarship, and I think it will be good for you. " sid my dad proudly.
"But, what about my friends, I have a life. " I say totally forgetting we have guests .
"I know hun, but you are going. " says mom
"Uggh. " I stand up knocking the chair down and run upstairs.
"Sorry, about her temper...." I don't hear the rest as I slam the door and run towards my window.

Once I get out of my window I climbed down the tree. Then ran towards the woods, I run untill I get to a little lake, I sit down on the rock and look out towards the water.

' Why ' I ask myself.
' They love you, and this would be great. ' said the voice in my head.
' How do you know ?' I say back.
' something good will happen, trust me. ' it says.
I decide to listen to the voice because it was never wrong.

I stay out at the lake for a little bit longer till I hear a twig snap.
I slowly turn around and and see two blue eyes staring at me.
I slowly got up and put my hands up.
Out came a midnight black wolf, it slowly approached .
"Ni-ce wolf-ie. " I say my voice shaking a bit.

' Trust it, it won't heart you. ' said the voice again.
It slowly makes it way towards me, when it is at my feet it rolls over.
I bend down and stroke its fur .
"You're fur is so soft. " I said.
I swear I heard a purr come from wolf.
"Did you just purr. " I asked it.
It gave me a wolf grin, rolling on it stomach and puts it head on my lap.
Before giving a bark.
"I Iike you two. " I didn't understand what the wolf said but I just answered.
After a few minutes of me sitting there stroking the wolf, I realize it's getting dark.
"Guess I gotta go home. " I say as I stroked the wolf's head .
It stands up and start walking the way I came, I get up follow it till we reach the end of the forest.

"I'm not even gonna ask how you knew where my house is. " I say patting it, I walk towards the tree, I climb up and look at the woods to see that the wolf is gone .

I climbed back into my room and got changed into my Pjs, my parents didn't bother come say anything, they knew I needed time to cool off, I climbed into my bed sent everyone a text that I'm moving, and fell asleep, but not before hearing a howl.

The next morning all my friends came to help me pack my belongings, I was finally allowed to pack my new clothes , my parents said that the bought me an apartment close to the school.
I said honey to everyone and drove to my new house.

It was a nice apartment that was surrounded by the forest, I unpacked my clothes, and a few pictures, there was already furniture that fit my style.
There where 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , living room, kitchen and a study.

Guess this is my new home.

It will all work out. Said the voice.

But I didn't know if that was true.
