Spin The Bottle

The Staff Room

"Hey guys who's up for a game of spin the bottle?" Robin laughed in her drunken state from the bar.
"Yeah, but we can't do it here, we need a big space to sit in a circle" Lofty replied.
Jacob piped up from the corner where he was sat with Ethan and Connie. "We could use the staff room, if that's ok with Mrs B of course" he said winking at her.
"Ok Jacob, you can use the staff room as long as I'm invited to join in" she replied.
Everyone cheered before standing from their seats and leaving the pub. Connie took Jacob's hand in hers much to his surprise, but he didn't complain.

They arrived at the staff room and Max grabbed an empty water bottle from his locker whilst everyone sat down in a circle. He sat down inbetween Lofty and Zoe then lent forward putting the bottle in the middle and spinning it.

It landed on Alisha.
Everyone laughed at the horrified look on her face as she waited to see who the bottle would land on next.
It was Ethan.
Everyone smirked, and Cal broke out into fits of laughter.
Ethan reluctantly crawled through the circle over to Alisha. He paused just before he reached her.
"Come on Ethan, be a man. All you have to do is a quick peck" Noel said.
Ethan moved close enough to Alisha before leaning in and kissing her lips very lightly then he pulled away back to his seat
"If you had of blinked you would of missed that" Max said then spun the bottle again.

This time it landed Rita. She hoped that she would get Iain but much to her disappointment she didn't. Instead she had Max. The porter grinned earning a glare from Zoe, "don't enjoy this too much mister or you will regret it" she said to him but smiled afterwards.
Max lent forward towards Rita a quickly pecked her on the lips, but still turned to Zoe and said "ahh the best I've ever had" causing everyone to laugh whilst Zoe punched him in the arm.

Lofty then took the neck of the bottle in his hand and spun it. This no one dared to laugh as it landed on Connie until she herself started laughing, "will you get on with it please?" she said.
Lofty spun it again, everyone had gone silent, waiting in anticipation.
Jacob.
The bottle landed on Jacob.
Everyone was wondering what the clinical lead would do.
"It's only a peck Mrs Beauchamp, but of course if you don't want to do it, since you are the boss you don't have to" Noel stuttered.
"Who said I didn't want to do it?" Connie laughed in response.

The team sat silently waiting, then Connie turned towards Jacob. They both lent in and pressed their lips together. Everyone expected them to pull apart almost instantly but they didn't, instead Connie draped her arms over Jacobs shoulders whilst his hands went to her waist. He pulled her closer to him almost into his lap. They had completely forgotten that they were surrounded by their team who were speechless.
Jacobs tongue parted Connie's lips them entered her mouth as they kissed passionately until they needed air.
They seperated them Jacob rested his head against Connie's, both breathing heavily.

Zoe coughed slightly bringing them back to reality.
Connie looked around seeing the shocked faces of her staff.
"Err, I, I'm sorry I can't do this" she said with tears forming in her eyes then she stood up and ran out of the staff room.
