I woke up in the hospital after the crazy jump off with Dee, Byron bitch ass, and my boy Jim. Fuck them bitches I hope Jim good. I started coughing and opened my eyes to see Shanta and Jim on the side of my hospital bed both crying their eyes out.
"What happened", I struggled to say.
"It went down Keedy, but I'm glad you're ok", said Jim as he kissed his Jesus piece around his neck.
"Polices been in and out the room all day and night, when you became a detective babe, I mean Chiquita", said Shanta.
Jim looked at Shanta crazy, "what you doing here anyway", asked Jim.
"I'm her wife", hissed Shanta.
"Man yall chill out, Jim respect her", said Keedy.
"Jim I want Dee and Byron head in my hand", said Keedy.
Jim moved his chair closer to Keedy's bed side and said, "boss, I got you but we need more back up".
"Why, what happened, where everybody else at", said Keedy as she struggled to try and sit up.
"Chiquita have to stop this lifestyle you're living, you almost died", said Shanta.
"You nothing to her so don't tell her what she needs to do", said Jim.
"Both of yall shut the fuck up", yelled Keedy.
I'm sitting here in a hospital bed and these fools arguing, they really arguing. I'm glad to wake up and see Shanta by my side, but I realized I have to do some things when I get back on my feet. She really been acting weird lately, I think she wants me dead.
"Yo Jim call everyone and tell them meet you at the spot at 8 tonight", said Keedy.
"Why Chiquita, you're in a hospital bed", cried out Shanta.
"That bitch really killed Kia", said Keedy before crying.
"You can't be stressing Keedy", said Shanta while wipping Keedy's falling tears.
"That was my best friend", said Keedy.
Jim came back in the room, "Keedy everyone said ok we all in place", said Jim.
"Listen, I'm in here, these people watching me so Shanta you gotta go to the meeting and listen carefully to everything", said Keedy.
Jim said, "got you boss".
"Jim you and Shanta gotta stick together and run things right, keep yall eyes and ears opened at all times", explained Keedy.
"I won't let you down baby", said Shanta while kissing Keedy's forehead.
As the doctor and the leading detective on the case walked in everyone acted normal.
"Smith, do you have any idea of to who did this to you", said Detective Connar.
Keedy shook her head no.
"Ma'am you still have the bullet in your side close to your kidney and we can't get it out so you will be in ICU on a very close watch until we can make sure the bullet do no harm to you", said the doctor.
"I won't let you down Keedy", whispered Jim as he hugged Keedy and walked out.
"Smith, who is this", asked Detective Connor while pointing at Shanta.
"My ex-wife", coughed up Keedy.
Shanta soon ran out the room crying. After all they been through Keedy still haven't fully forgiven Shanta, yet Shanta thought because Keedy trusted her with the mafia things was all back in place for their relationship.
Keedy soon texted Jim.
Keedy ~ "Don't let Shanta in the gang spot she's acting weird".
Jim ~ "that's why I didn't wanna trust her at first but I got things til u better"
Keedy ~ "cool"
As Keedy laid in the bed and many visitors came in and out all day. As the night began to fall Keedy was soon sound asleep.
