 Chapter One: We Meet Again

Luke's Pov.

Present Time

One year. It's been one year. One year since I saw her. Since I saw my mate, and she rejected me. My father ended up giving the Alpha title to my younger brother, Nick because he saw me unfit to be alpha, in his words because I went into depression without her.

We searched and searched for her for months but inevitability.. We decided that she just didn't want to be found. Even though I know that she doesn't want me, I'm not giving up. I still have hope that one day she will come back to me, and love me like I wish she did.

Kelsey's Pov.

After a year I am stronger, faster, and smarter then ever. I don't need a man to tell me what to do, because I can do everything a man could ever do for me myself, I have killed werewolves. I have powers, I can hear everyone's thoughts even though werewolves can hear people in their packs thoughts, not everyone can hear peoples thoughts that aren't in their pack. And faster then even my father ever was and he was the fastest and strongest wolf in the country. I'm the daughter of the strongest wolf of this century.

Later

I was on a run in a territory that I wasn't sure of, then I heard the crinkle of leafs and the snap of twigs. Its my lucky day I thought with a smirk. suddenly I was surrounded by four ravishingly hot guys. Two of them looked like twins and one of the other ones had dark brown hair and I could tell by his sent he had a mate waiting for him. the last one was blond, I shall name him Blondie!

"What are you doing here rouge?" Blondie said. Wow, Way to label me. I thought we could have been friends, he's strong but not Alpha strong. "Who are you?" I asked him, he replied back while taking a stance "I'm the beta of the Moon Light Pack" T-the Moon Light Pack!? I thought in my head reminiscing of my old pack. "I am just here to visit a few old friends"

"Who are these friends of yours?" "Just bring me to your alpha, Blondie!" He growled at me. With that I stood a threatening stance and growled at him louder and he whimpered and took a few steps back while I took more forward. "Not really a good idea to do that again, that goes for all of you! Now, I said take me to your alpha" I almost yelled. "Yes ma'am" God I hate being called that! they are now not on my good side.

"Oh, by the way, my names Kelsey." That made then all freeze for a moment then shook it off with a look they all gave each other.

At The Moon Light Pack House

We all walked in and gladly no one recognized me since I changed my look after I left, not like they even care.

"Alpha Travis is in his office, right this way" Blondie said, I replied, "Thanks Blondie" With a wide smile. God I love irritating him!

Blondie knocked on the office door and Travis told him to come in, Without looking up Travis said, "What does the rouge want, Kevin, and why does it want to speak to me." Not really as a question, more as a statement. "Aw, I'm hurt you don't recognize me, Brother." As soon as I said that Travis' head shot up. "Kelsey! Kelsey!! Oh my god we missed you so much!" While he was saying that he lurched forward, "Where have you been for the past year? we have all been worried sick, Luke is... I can't even describe the mess he's in" He rambled. "I'm here like I said I might be." "Where have you been..?" He asked, "I'm a rouge, I can take care of myself." I stated. "I don't care what you can or can't do, you are joining this pack again and you are never leaving my sight!" He was almost yelling by the end of his rant.

"I will do what ever I may and you can not control me anymore, I am stronger then I used to be! You can't control me!" I was yelling by the end of it and it was certainly not a normal voice.

"I-I'm sorry-y" Travis mumbled in a weak voice.

Luke is now on his way, Travis called him telling him that I was back, Travis didn't say anything more before my name was mentioned to, in his words, his need to come and his need to seen me, because of something incoherent to my hearing.

Luke's Pov.

Something great, fantastic, remarkable, marvelous, spectacular, all of the above and more. My mate, shes back. After a long dreadful year without her. She is finally back! I'm over the moon filled with happiness. I walk through the doors of the Moon Light pack house only to see a girl I hardly recognize sitting there... Maybe more then I thought has changed in this past year.
