Brody has been that type of guy who follows in his parents footsteps, living the life of a miltary kid. He decides to sign up for the Marines one day in the middle of March, not knowing he will get draft by the end of May. He finds out the day before he has to leave, he decides to spend his last night with his 3 year long girlfriend, Kenzie. He leaves her a note after she falls asleep, explaining what has happened to him. He doesn't know how long he will be gone from her, all he can do is hope her love will survive for him through the wait. Or will her love for him fall to pieces?
