Your POV

The next day, while in the kitchen. I don't understand why he was blush I said to myself pacing back and forth. I swear I've heard her name before, but that doesn't matter. He can't think I'm ACTUALLY okay with this right!? I stopped pacing standing there for a moment when I heard a knock on the door.
I walking to the door and looked through the peep hole, it was mine and Karkat's friend Jade. I open the door saying "heeey~" hugging her "Hey~" she hugged me back. "what's been going on?" She said as she walks in and I close the door the behind her. I shrug "nothing really" I said "what about you" going over to the couch to sit down and chat. " this isn't about me" she said "what's really going on, I can see in your facial expressions that you're not okay." I sighed "nothing has been going right at all..." I said pulling my knees to my chest.
She sits next to me, rubbing my back "what is going on then hun" she said looking at me. I keep my head on my knees looking down at the ground. "Karkat has a project with a girl named Juliet at work, but the thing is he was blushing about it" I said worryingly. I look at her "I just don't know what to do!" I told her. "Look I think you should find the time really soon to question why he had that reaction toward saying her name" she explained to me.
"Know chin up love, I have a gift for you" she said standing up and grabbing the bag next to the couch. I got up excitedly "what is it! What is it!" I said happily. Jade handed me the bag, I opened the bag and there were tons of bath bombs and incenses. "Oh my Lord, I love you so much" I said hugging her "thank you thank you and thank you so so much." She giggled "you're welcome, well I have to go" she said walking to the door as I go with her "I have college class to get to in thirty minutes, text me if you need anything" she said while I opened and she walked into the hall.
"Okay I will, also thank you again" I said, " you're welcome again, bye" she said giggling. I closed the door and went straight for the bath, I really wanted to use one of the bath bombs an get my mind off the whole situation.

Karkat's POV

Later that evening while I'm driving home, I began to think. is probably really upset isn't she? She hasn't really been in a great mood lately, I wonder what on her mind? I should ask her when I get home about it. I sigh "I'm glad I have Juliet right now, she's really helping me with my stress on this project" I said out loud. "She's really going to enjoy this" I said smiling.

Anyways, I truly apologize for it being short and not updating in so long. I happened to have no homework today, so I thought it would be a great time to update. A lot has changed over the summer, so when school came around my schedule has been packet.
