DANIELLA

I opened my eyes to see a puddle of saliva in front of me. Eww. I'd been drooling saliva. I immediately went to my bathroom, washed my face and gurgled some mouthwash.

I got off the pillow case of my pillow and threw it in the laundry basket, then marched outside with my pillow and dried it under the sun.

I went back inside and ate breakfast. Eggs and bacon. Mmmm, yummy. After breakfast, I washed the dishes, then went to my room. I went to my bathroom. I turned on the faucet where the warm water comes out and let it flow to fill my bath tub.

I went in my closet and sat in the sofa for a while, you guessed it, a walk-in-closet which was painted purple and pink. In one side, hanging were my dresses, fur coats, the other side was where my pants and shirts were neatly folded, and there were my shoes. Then there's a naked manequin where I'll put my gown.

The soccer shoes that I used in elementary and high school, I never gave it away because it reminds me of the succeses . My rubber shoes, my sneakers, slippers and flats. Then there were my heels, wedges and stilettos.

Then there's another door leading to my bathroom with the bath tub over flowing. Oh. I turned the faucet off. I got my towel and hung it. I stripped off and went in the bathtub.

I closed my eyes. Breathed in, out, in, out. I was letting it all out. Letting it all out.

"Daniella, you're gown just arrived. Come on down so we can fit it!" Mom shouted from downstairs.

"Okay mom, I'll be right down."

I went out the bathroom with my towel on and walked to my dresses. I got a blue dress that reaches up to my knees and a brown thin belt to put around my waist. Then, I got my favorite blue slippers, these were the ones Alex gave to me, but I still don't know why it's my favorite.

I went downstairs and saw my gown on the sofa.

"Oh, there you are sweetie. C'mon now so we can fit it," Mom said.

"Okay," I answered.

We went in the office of my dad. I took off my dress and put on the gown. Perfect.

"You look amazing dear," my mom said.

"Thankyou mom."

"Tomorrow, let's go to the parlor," mom said.

"Really, thanks mom." Then I hugged her.

I took the gown off and put on my blue dress. I got the gown and brought it upstairs. I put it on the manequin in my closet and got my phone. Oh 12 messages. Vanessa, Allison, Gabriela, Alex, Matt, Nathan, Kate, Vanessa and more from Vanessa.

I read Vanessa's first. GM, GM, GM, GM, GM, and a PM. It read: Hey wanna go shopping today? Text me. :)

Then, I read the others. All GM's. Okay. I don't care and one was even from Alex and the other from Gabriela. Gabriela sent a quote about love and she also said that she also loves someone so dearly. Blah, blah, blah.

I went downstairs and asked mom if I can go shopping with Vanessa. She said yes. Alright. I texted Vanessa that I was going to meet her in the mall at Terranova.

I changed my slippers to a pair of blue flats and got a brown bag from my closet and threw all of my things in there. Charger, phone, ear phones, lip gloss (I don't use lipstick), lip balm, compact powder, hair comb and brush, wallet, tissue, wet wipes, perfume and hand sanitizer.

I got my car keys and ran to my car. I went to the mall and went in Terranova. Vanessa wasn't here yet, so I decided to look around.

I found some dresses, blouses and pants (normally, I don't wear pants but I'd give it a try). I got colored pants, red, blue and purple. Then I decided to go to the jewelry section and guess who finally decided to show up.

"Vanessa, you're here," I said to her while looking at a pair of bracelets.

"Sorry, I saw Alex and Gabriela together at the shop where they sell tuxedos and stuff for men, he was trying one on," she said breathlessly.

"Okay," I said, not knowing where this is going.

"This only means one thing," she said excitedly.

"Oh, they're getting married," I said sarcastically.

Vanessa put a dissapointed look on her face, guess I was wrong. "He's going to the ball and good news is, Gabriela will not be there."

Oh, I got it already. "Ohh. I don't get it," pretending that I didn't know.

"You can dance with him and talk to him without anyone getting in your way," she explained.

"Hello? It's called masquerade ball for a reason and it's as if I even like him," I told her.

"Okay fine, whatever, let's just continue our shopping. Pay for those and let's go to the shoe shop. They have new designs I think you'll like," then she winked. I made my way to the counter and got my credit card and gave it to the lady.
