Chapter 3

I picked up my shirt on the laundry and started wearing it.

Last night, I made my decision. And it was to go home.

I checked all my things on the room, but all I brought was my phone and pocket money.

I slowly opened the door and saw a beautiful girl outside, waiting.

She slowly looked at me and asked. "Excuse me, who are you?"

"Uhh..nobody," I went out but she blocked the way.

"Don't lie to me. Girlfriend ka ba ni Alex?" She sounded angry and at the same time confused.

"Girlfriend?" I laughed. "Hindi no. Wait lang nga. Eh sino ka?"

"Well. Ako lang naman yung fiance ni Alex," She said.

I don't know why but my heart slowly fell to pieces. "F-fiance?"

After I said that. Alex went out from the bathroom with only towel covering him.

"Lexa?" He sounded surprised.

The gi- I mean 'Lexa', walked near him and kissed him on the cheek but he pushed her away.
"Babe. What's wrong?"

"Anong ginawaga mo dito?" He said.

He went to his room and came back with his shirt and pants on.

I cleared my throat and said, "May I go?"

"No. You cant. We still have a lot of talking to do," Lexa said.

My face became red so Alex said, "Umalis ka na, Anne. Lexa and I need to talk. Privately."

I stood up and walked to the door.

"Bye," I said to Alex, my voice cracking.

I went inside my house, and walked up to my room. I layed on my bed and slowly cried. Why am i crying?

I think i like him already.
