It's You!

*Juuzou P.O.V*

"Hm... That wasn't interesting at all..."

I quietly mumble to myself, putting back the rest of the scorpion 1/56 that I have in my hand back into the inside of my shirt. My fingertips stained with disgusting ghoul blood. Looking at the artwork I have finished to the ghoul-chan's body, I smile brightly in satisfaction. Pulling slightly at my lip stitches, I walk back to where Shinohara is. I saw him having a bit of problem with the other ghoul so I took two pairs of my Scorpion and throw it straight towards the ghoul neck, laughing in the process.

"Shinohara-san~! Took you longer today!" I giggle, walking towards him, picking my quinque off the ghoul along the way.

"Ahaha...yeah... That one's a bit tougher to come by" Shinohara smiles back at me, putting his own quinque back in his suitcase. "Hey, do you want to get ice cream before we get back to headquarter?"

"Of course!"

So there we are, heading off to our favourite, well, MY favourite, ice cream shop. I wanted to get 5 flavours but Shinohara says it might be too much and might cause me stomach ache. I protest since stomach ache will be nothing compared to what have happened to me. But I manages to get him to buy me 3 flavours, so that's good enough.

"You know Juuzou, last night I got a text from one of the investigator about a new ghoul" Shinohara suddenly says out loud, kinda startling me actually. I stare at his face in confusion, tilting my head slightly.

"Is that so? Eh.... I wonder what it's like~ Oh! I know! Maybe I can use it's kagune to make my own quinque!" I giggle delightfully, thinking about the fact that I will be getting my own quinque. My own quinque! My own weapon that I can use to fight ghouls officially!

You can't really count Scorpion since its more of a melee weapon...

I can't wait to hunt this ghoul down! I wonder what kind of kagune it has~

I didn't realize I was smiling and giggling to myself until Shinohara taps my forehead.

"Hey, anyone home?" he chuckles, throwing the wrapping of the ice cream cone away. I smiles and nod my head. "You know, if you keep butchering these ghouls, you wont be able to get your own quinque since quinques are made from ghouls kagune after all. You might want to calm down with how you finish hem off" he continues, staring at my red orbs with seriousness. My smile fades away for a second before returning back to its original place. Putting the back of my palm against my forehead, I grin for Shinohara.

"Don't worry~! I wasn't really looking for one before. Well, I was, but nothing feels right, you know? I mean all those kagune were really pretty but none suits me~ I have a feeling I'll like this ghoul when we meet them" smiling, I throw away the ice cream cone wrapping.

"Ah, right. Well, just don't get too rough, ghouls no need to feel more pain than necessary, it's kinda the law" Shinohara walks ahead of me, opening the door to the CCG headquarters. I walk past him, skipping slightly while taking out my badge out of my pocket and showing it to the guards that is at the door. Shinohara did the same and walks slightly behind me. Over to the side, where normal folks would need assistance from investigators, a bit of a crowd gatheres. I walk over to the edge of the crowd, opening my ears for the conversation that I hope to find. Shinohara stops nehind me, staring at what seems to be a police man talking to an investigator.

"Yes, I swear, the ghoul saved that lady and her daughter! She ran up to us, shouting that the two need emergency assistance at once and just left"

"How do you know it was a ghoul?"

"She has that black-red eye thing and had a bit of her tentacles sticking out."
