This will be my first time writing a story. >_< So please tell me if i have any mistakes or if you have any advices for me to improve my writing skills ^_^
It was Nina's birthday. She was very excited to go to school that day.

Jourdan: Hey Nina! Heypibertdi! xD
Stephen: Yo! Happy birthday bud.
Jeremy: *coughs* Happy birthday "my girl".
All laughed because of what Jeremy said. Nina's friends are all seated near her. Jourdan on her left, Stephen in front and Jeremy at the back.
Nina: Thanks guys! :D By the way, where's Xander?
Jourdan: Duh! As usual he will be late.
~~A few minutes after the class has started, Xander arrived~~
Xander: Good morning Ma'am, good morning classmates. Sorry I'm late. May I come in?
All except Nina: Yes, you may.
Nina: *whispers* Yes, come to me, Xander.
~~Xander then went to his seat, right side of Nina.~~
Nina has liked Xander for a long time already but she doesnt want to confess to him because it might ruin their friendship. Xander is also part of Nina's circle of friends.
Nina is waiting for Xander to greet her.
Xander: Good morning guys! (^O^)/
Jourdan: Good morning Xan. :D
Stephen: Good morning bro.
Jeremy: Good morning dude.
Nina: *silence*
Xander: Nina, what's wrong?
Nina: Uhmm. Xander, are there any occasions today?
Xander: Hmm. I think there is none. Why?
Nina: Ah. It's nothing hehe :3 I was just asking.
Xander: Okay.
~~Nina felt so disappointed because Xander didn't greet her or at least remember that it was her birthday. Nina felt so down.~~
After class, Nina was still feeling so down eventhough her other bestfriends, Jourdan, Jeremy and Stephen, were with her. Xander was not with them because he said he was busy that day.
Jourdan: It's ok Nina. Xander is just too busy.
Nina: Yeah, yeah >.>
Stephen: Cheer up buddy! :D
Jeremy: Yeah! Cheer up "my girl" xD
Nina gave a short soft laugh.
~~After their mini celebration of Nina's birthday, at around 6:00pm, Stephen, Jeremy and Jourdan went home already. Nina went to her locker. On the outer part of her locker, she found a note telling her to go to the covered court. Nina did what the note said since she was free anyway. When she arrived there, the place was so quiet and scary (though the light were on). Nina waited for only like 10 minutes because she was too scared to wait any longer. She was about to leave when suddenly...~~
Xander: Happy birthday to you~ Happy birthday to you~ Happy birthday Happy birthday~ Happy birthday Nina~
Nina's world brightened.
Nina: Xander! O_O
Xander: Phew =_=" I'm glad I made it. thought you left already. hehe :D Sorry Nina for pretending not to know about your birthday. :(
