Chapter 2

Moving in. *Editing*

Emily's POV

I realised the car stopped and that we were here so I took my earphones out of my ear and kinda ran in the new house.

It was not what I was expecting. On the outside it was big and it was a very light cream colour. The door had a cute welcome sign and the flooring inside was all wood.It was cold as theair-conditioning was on.

I then went to the kitchen and I swear I cannot tell you how huge it was.A couple of minutes later I grabbed my stuff and rushed upstairs.

My mom then entered the house and told me " Your room is the third door from the left"I replied with a  "thanks mom!!!"

I don't want to exaggerate but the moment I opened the door ,my eyes almost popped out of its sockets. It's was as huge as my mom and dad's master bedroom in the other house.

Two side of the wall was painted turquoise and the other two side was white wood wallpaper.

I had a queen sized bed now rather than my single bed .It had white covers with a lot of pillows with all sorts of black and white designs while my blanket was turquoise.

I had a huge study desk at the right corner of my room with a laptop on it.My closet was to the left and it was huge while my bed sat in the centre.

I then started to unpack when I got a message from my best friend Celeste. She was the popular one in my old school who just hung out with the geek.(the geek is referring to me).

It said...

Celeste: Hei,how was your flight?

Me:Not so good cause I got so board and it was so uncomfortable.

Celeste: hahahahahah..too bad for you.Anyways got to go.P.S. I had pizza.

Me:Your mean! Thanks for making me hungry. Fine,take later.

I then unpacked all of my stuff.It took me like 3 hours to finish everything.

I looked at my clock and it said 7.00p.m.

My mom than called my sister and I down for dinner.

Coming mom!my sis and I shouted at the same time.

We went down and helped my mom set the table. All of us than sat down and ate.I wasn't hungry though so I ended up playing with my mash potatoes and asparagus. Yes,you guessed it,I am a vegetarian.

Long story short, I was a vegetarian from birth and I have never tasted chicken. I wonder how it would taste hmm but I have eaten eggs though.

I was then snapped out from my chicken tasting world by my dad .

Dad:Are you out of dreamland yet?

Mom and Sarah:Laughing their butts off for God knows what reason.

Me:Hahahaha ,very funny dad and yes I am out of dreamland now.I was actually wondering how chicken would taste.

My dad has tasted all kinds of meat so he told me that meat taste gross but something on his face looked like it tasted like heaven.I think I am gonna try to eat meat for once in my life.I mean I was aloud to.

I got snapped back again by my mom.I than realised that my mom was asking me if I was excited for my brand new school tomorrow! Note the sarcasm.

I didn't want to disappoint my mom as she was already sad enough so I lied like every daughter would do for her mother.I enthusiastically replied yes,super excited!

So ended dinner.We all then went to sleep.
