How. In the world. Am I not dead. I thought as I coughed a ton of water out of my lungs. I wheezed and gasped for air desperately. I'm alive!!! My mind screamed happily. "Yes you are." Quinn said next to me. Which nearly scared the life out of me. Again.
"H-how?" I managed to say weakly, she shrugged "I yelled at Fleek a lot and then jumped after you." She said as if it was no big deal. I laid my head back and closed my eyes, my breathing was shaky and I felt like I was going to pass out. It was freezing, home chilling wind swept swiftly over the cold sand banks of the deep river. My hand were so uncomfortable behind my back and I tried to get them free, but I was incredibly weak all over. Quinn helped me sit up and cut the tape off before letting me lay back down.
I started resting, and thinking. I wasn't dead! That was great news, GO FIND YOUR FAMILY IDIOT, my mind screamed immediately. I sat up quickly, which might have been a bad idea cause I almost puked. "Quinn! We're free! We can go!" He said happily. She was very stunned and scrambled to her feet, helping me up with her. "Do you remember where you used to live?!" She asked while starting up the hill. "1484 Numeran Circle." I stated, I would never forget that in my life.
She stopped, and I almost ran into her "Did you just say 1484 NUMERAN Circle?" She asked and spun around to face me, examining my face quickly. I nodded slowly, very confused "Yeah...? Do you know where that is?" I asked quietly. Suddenly she looked at my closer "You. You are. You look like. You." She stuttered out. I was more confused. Maybe she knew Jago? "Jago? Jago Leneroko?" She nodded very quickly "You two are related!" She stated. I nodded slowly, "Yeah.... I mean. Reko Leneroko kinda gives that away..." I mumbled. Still lost. "NO. YOU LOOK LIKE A YOUNGER HIM! He's going to be thrilled to see you!" She said happily and started dragging me up the hill.
"You know him?!" I asked and followed quickly. "Are you kidding?! Of course I know him! He saved my best friends and let me stay in his house!" I frowned. That's a little unfair, she got to stay with him and I didn't. Whatever I got over it in a matter of seconds. OFF TO FIND MY FAMILY!!!
