We walked for what seems like hours. We were both shaking and cold, Quinn seemed to know where we were going. Which is good for someone who only saw the outside when he was getting food. She walked up to the door of my old house. I was so excited I had difficulty not exploding on the spot. Quinn knocked on the door and waited, shaking and shivering just like me. Jago opened the door and looked at her, "Quinn?! Quinn!! Quinn...? Why are you wet?" He asked. Frowning and dragging her into the house. I followed quickly, no way was I getting locked out of my own house.
He suddenly looked at me, he was so stunned. He grabbed me and squished me in a hug and sobbed on my shoulder while swinging me around. I hugged him back tighter and cried as well "H-hi Jago" I sobbed. He hugged me tighter "Gods Reko. I thought you were dead! The news said you were gone. Gosh I missed you. I missed you so damn much..." He whispered in my ear. I was overjoyed to see him, I hoped he would never let me go. Never ever. I was finally home, nothing else mattered, I never wanted to leave this place again.
He let me go and looked at me, he looked rather concerned. Jago hadn't seen him in so long, but he looked so different, he was so thin and pale. He had bruises all over his neck and in his face, "I'm sorry..." He whispered to me. I just shook my head, "it's okay, I'm sure you tried your hardest." I said and hugged him again, he was so warm and comforting. He ran his hand through my wet hair and pulled away again. "Let's get you some warm clothes. You look cold." He said and led me upstairs.
I was laying on the ground again. How the heck did this happen, I questioned myself. "You're home! You're really home!" Natalie said, very excitedly. I smiled more and hugged her back. She had grown a little, but not much. We were about the same height, I was just a few inches shorter. I was overjoyed to see her, and she was even happier. We both sat up and Nat apologized for tackling me. Not that I cared, I was just so happy to see my family again.
So I finally made it to Jago's room, all his clothes were too big, but I settled with a blue hoodie and some shorts. Which were also too big, but it was okay. Me and Jago spent a lot of time catching up.. so a few things changed. Carter died, Nat died (but came back), and we took in several (meaning many) people who lived here now. Not that any of this mattered. Everything was okay now. Everything. Was okay. Finally.
