Alan Banes/Eliza
I asked Evan to leave me with my thoughts, a request I wish he never granted. I sat alone in his room for hours trying to remember anything from my past. Even though I was overwhelmed with sadness and grief from the loss of everyone I've ever known I can't remember a single face, not a single memory from before the attack. It was weird. I felt divided, as if I had two souls. It felt like I was at war with my self. One part telling me that my past was no longer important; I was destined for greater things. The other longing for the life I once had the life I couldn't quite remember. I wrestled with my thoughts until they over powered me.
Normally you don't know when you dreaming, but this time was different. I was completely aware that I was in an alternate state of reality. I was in a simple room all white. A large mirror framed in moonstone was the only other thing in the room. For some reason I was afraid to look in the mirror but my body was moving towards it with out my permission. I watched helplessly as I was pulled closer to the mirror. I couldn't even close my eyes.
"Don't be afraid of the truth Eliza. Although it wouldn't matter this is our destiny."
A woman spoke to me from the mirror. Her voice sounded strangely familiar. Her words were confusing.
"Who are you? What do you me OUR destiny?"
"Oh Eliza you've forgotten me already? I am who you used to be, I am the life you ran away from."
I stood there for a moment eyes wide, confused.
"What are you talking about what did I run away from. What is your name?''
"I am Alana like I said who you used to be, you always knew you were different. You allowed this to happen. Do not worry what is meant to be will be."
This girl she looked just like me but different, she looked burden troubled. The room went black and then I was awake again. The dream bought me more questions than answers. I didn't want to be alone anymore I need someone to talk to. I began to feel bad about the way I treated Evan and I needed to find him to apologize. The only problem was I didn't know where to find him. I decided to wait he would come back eventually; this was his room after all.
Alpha Evan Kensington
I loved being in wolf form. It was when I truly felt like myself. The dirt and grass under my paws, the wind blowing through my fur. Everything was perfect. All my problems seemed to fade away as I zigzagged through the forest. I was unaware of the time I could have been running for hours. I wanted to back and check on Eliza but, I knew I should run the perimeter one last time. While running the border the wind changed direction and sent an interesting scent my way. Wolves. There were other wolves on my territory. I mind link my brothers for them to meet me here. The wolves weren't that far away, their scent was very fresh. It didn't take me long to pin point the wolf's location. Why was he by himself trailing the borders of my territory? Foolish boy. He was small in size but I felt some Alpha power radiating off of him, he was probably next in line to take over his pack. I knew instantly that he was clearly under qualified, so lost in his thoughts that he didn't even see me watching him. I knew that I could take him alone but, I decided to wait for my brothers in case this was a trap.
My brothers arrived quickly; we surrounded the intruder in silence. He was still blissfully unaware that we were there. Through the mind link I told my brothers to stay in wolf form while I switched so I could talk to him.
He didn't notice me until I stepped into the clearing.
"You're not a very good werewolf." I half scolded half laughed. He was completely shocked. "State your name and purpose on my land." My tone became very serious. My brothers inched closer to him, shrinking the size of the circle around him.
