DINNER: a riddle

Two men were sitting in a resturant. One rich, one poor. The poor man says "I know every song ever written. Tell me any name and i'll sing you a real song with it in it. I promise i won't make anything up"

"Impossible" said the rich man.

"Let's do it then. But if i get a song - you owe me $50 and a free meal tomorrow." the poor man said.

"Deal." replied the rich man. "Prudence Ella Stone is the name. My daughter's name actually".

The poor man sang the song and left the restarant with $50 and a promise for a free meal.

What song did he sing?
