What is that noise?

I opened my eye's to see a hospital room.

I look over to the right and see a heart monitor and a blood pack.

I looked down at my arm I had 2 needles in my arm.

How did I get here?

The door opened and there stood a doctor

"Oh I see you are awake how are you feeling?"

"Good I guess."

"Well that's good we gave you some pain medicine to help with that. You know you are very lucky to be alive.....he's been waiting here for you to wake up never left your side once."

I looked over to my left was Niall asleep in a couch.

"Would you like me to wake him?"

I nodded my head

The doctor walked over to Niall

"Mr. Horan someone is here to say hello." He said shacking Niall

"Hmmmm what..."

"I said someone is here to say hello."

"Who-SAM!" He said jumping over to where I was laying down at.

"Sam I'm so glad you are alive I couldn't lose you after I had just found you again." He said crying

Seeing him cry made me cry I wrapped my arms around him

"Thank you!" I said into his ear

"For what?"

"For coming when you did."

"Oh.....Sam you don't have to worry about him anymore...your safe." Niall said

I laid back down on the bed and Niall held my hand.

"Sam?"

"Yes?"

"Did you hear what I said when you were shot?"

"The last thing I heard was for you to say to not close my eye's."

"Oh...."

"Why?"

"So you didn't hear the second part?"

"No what did you say?"

"Sam....I love you!" He said, His blue eyes staring into mine

"Ummm...excuse me Miss. Johnston but I have some news." The doctor said

Niall squeezed my hand

"Its okay Sam we can get through whatever it is." Niall said kissing my head

"Okay tell me." I said
