*P.O.V EMMA GRACE*

Another day, another look at the same old nasty ceiling. Another look at the stupid bright sun and another breath taken. Another eye blinked, another muscle moved. Fuck living, I mean if you have a reason to stay alive all power to you myself, Emma Grace, had absolutely nothing left. Think I'm wrong? Thats okay, a lot of people do. Until you have gone through life for 18 years and have suffered the way no human, no living creature should suffer, you would want to end it to. Let me tell you my story. My dad left before I was even born, never looked back. I still dont know the guy to this day. Left me with a crack whore of a mom who only cared about the boyfriends she had. Many times I would be locked in my room or starved because she was to busy. Then she met this guy, Ben, well that fucker loved to spend the night and crawl into my bed after doping my mom up on whatever he could score. Finally when I was 10 CPS took me away to a foster family that beat the shit out of me. First it was only for bad grades or breaking things, then it was when they were mad or sad or even just for fun sometimes. See how long I would go before crying. After 3 years CPS finally took me again and searched for a good home. Just getting stuck in shitty foster home after shitty foster home. When I turned 16 I fell through the cracks and became a street kid. Had a whole family who loved me, but my street dad was dealing and we all got taken in for questions. I was sent straight to foster care again. Where as soon as I turned 18 I was out, until I was sent to a hospital by my court appointed psychiatrist. Here I stay, at least its bed and food, but their just wasting it on me, i'm ready to leave.
