"Maya come on sweetie get up" my mum said I groaned and grabbed my pillow and threw it at her "5 more minuets" I said slowly falling back asleep. I soon got up three minuets later and walked to my closet and grabbed a pair of skinny jeans and a pink sweat shirt as I put it on and brushed my blonde hair I shook my head as I heard my mum and step dad fighting again I literally just wanted to scream shut up as loud as I could but I knew I shouldn't cause that would lead to more yelling and that yeah just no. I put on my boots and grabbed my backpack slowly walking down stairs " you can't do nothing right can u" I heard my step dad Steve say to my mum I looked at them and bit my lip"I'm uh going to school now" I said softly moving my bangs from my eyes "ok sweetie do you want me to drive u" my mum said I shook my head and gave her a weak smile "I'll be fine thanks thou" I said glaring at my step dad and hugging my mum and walking out of the house I soon got to my new school as I gulped why couldn't we just stay in Montana why did my mum have to meet Steve and then move to new York where I have to go to this school I looked at the name and it said John Quincy Adams middle school I sighed and slowly walked into the school.
