Ray's P.O.V
I sat on couch in hall waiting for her to return. In a minute or two she came with dry towel in her hand.I was staring at her,couldn't stopped myself from doing so.After so many days she was finally here, infront of my eyes.I just wanted to take her in my arms and never let her go again.But I can't.
"Ray, Do you have any dry clothes? If you stay in wet clothes you will fall sick" she said worried,handling me the
towel.
I could see the worry and concern in her eyes and felt instant rush of happiness through me.
"It's in the car, I'll go n get them" I answered her question,Bella took the umbrella from stand and gave me,I smiled at her caring nature, she was like
this only from start but its me who took time to see it.
I went outside the house
to get my clothes and phone, after locking my car I come inside the house.
Bella showed me her room where I can change my clothes and then she went in kitchen to prepare hot coffee and some
snacks for me knowing I must be hungry.
After changing my clothes I came out of the room but when I saw her in kitchen I went there.
"Bell, can I use for your phone? I have to call Jason,he will send car for me."I said to her gaining her attention.
Bella frowned thinking how he will leave in this bad weather. Even after their separation,her
concern, love for him didn't changed.
"Stay here for today, weather is
not good outside.You can go tommorow" Bella told me nervously hoping I wont
turn down her offer, she didn't wanted me to go out again in this bad weather.
I smiled inwardly,I did expected this reaction from her.I silently nodded.
Bella's P.O.V
We both stood in awkward silence.I tried hard to concentrate on my work but his penetrating gaze was making
it impossible.
It confused me so much,He who never look at me even with a
small smile was now staring at me like I was some possession.
With small smile I handed him mug of coffee which he took happily.Its been really long he had coffee made by me.
I took the tray of snacks and
went outside in hall,Ray followed me.We both sat on couch opposite to each other.
I sat silently not knowing what to say to him.I was never in situation like this before,of course we were leaving in same
room but he never sat with me or talk with me in those 3 years, he was always busy with his work to spare a glance at his wife.
"How are everyone at home?"I asked him in a low tone but was sure he had heard me.I missed his family,his family always treated me like their own so it pained me a lot when I left them.
Ray's P.O.V
"They all miss you a lot." I replied with heavy heart.I wanted to hug her and tell her how much I and my family missed her,there wasn't any moment when they
don't miss her.
"How are you Bella?" I asked her meeting with her gaze.
"I'm good!" She said to me.It was a lie,we both knew it. She
wasn't happy with our separation.
I closed my eyes in regret
and pain. It was all because of me that we are so close yet so far.
