A/N:
Hey guys! Here's one for Valentine using The Sims 4. Just so you could see how she looks like. :)
*****
Valentine's POV*
Forget the past and start a brand new life. That's what my mind is set on right now. It's hard to accept that they're gone, forever. But I'm still here, and I still have a chance to be a better person. I'm flying to England to start my career, I wonder if I can get a fine job there.
"Anything you need, Ma'am?" A flight attendant approached me while pushing a cart of food.
"Uhmm, yes. Can I get a pillow please?" I asked her and so she nodded and walked away to get me a pillow.
Staring at the sky like this through the window gives me a relaxing feeling. But then I think I have to rest; it's going to be a long day when I get there.
"Here you go, Ma'am. Anything else?" she asked with a smile.
"That'll be all. Thank you." I smiled back and so she left me.
Before I sleep, I think I need to introduce myself to you. My name's Valentine Barzetti, 23 years old. There's not so much to tell you about myself but I'm a business minded kind of girl. I used to love music and movies but since my parents passed away, I just can't listen to any songs anymore. They just bring back memories, and I don't want to any song to get attached again with any kind of memory, whether it's a good memory or not, I don't want it reminding me over and over again. It's called moving on and being precautious.
It's already 14:45 and the plane will be reaching our destination in a few hours so I'll get some rest now.

(Airport - 20:15)*
She's supposed to be here by now. Why did I even agree to be with her? *sigh* I'll get my own place as soon as I get a job.
Walking around the airport, I saw a child crying in the middle of the crowd. She must be lost, poor one. I walked towards the kid and tried to talk to her, but she was crying and seems afraid. I tried to calm her down and gave her my feather key chain. She slowly stops crying and so I wiped her tears with my handkerchief, she looked at me and smiled.
"Where's your mom?" I asked her while fixing her hair.
She looked around and started to feel lost again, poor girl.
"Shhh~ it's okay. We'll find her, okay?" I smiled at her and she nodded.
So we walked towards the 'Passenger Paging' but before we reach it, Aunt Margo came out of nowhere.
"I've been looking all over for you!" She cried, really? I'm old enough to get on my own. I just needed a place to stay for few months, why is she--- huh?
She hurriedly hugged the kid I was with. "I thought I lost you!" she continues. Oh, so this kid was with her. Pssh!
"She was in the middle of the crowd when I found her." I told her while looking at them. Aunt Margo looked shocked when she heard me. She looked my way and yes, she was shocked to see me.
"What? Is there something on my face?" I asked while raising my left eyebrow.
"V-Valentine? Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry! I lost Natasha when we entered the airport! I knew you wouldn't go anywhere so I looked for her before picking you up." She explained while holding my hands.
"It's okay. I'm glad I'm the one who found her, anyway." I said while looking at the kid. She was staring at me and smiling. She's cute, reminds me of the kids back in the orphanage. *sigh* No, I can't let my past get in my way now. So I glanced back at Aunt Margo and she smiled. What's with these people? Smiling every time you look at them, like they don't have any problems.
"I'm tired. Let's go." I said and picked up my trolley bag. So Aunt led the way to her car and we went to her place.

(Hastings' House - 22:00)*
For a single mother, this house sure is big. She's a doctor, by the way. She has a babysitter for Nat every time she goes to work. I'm glad I'm not the one who'll take care of the kid while she's away.
"Asha, can you lead Valentine to her room while I cook for dinner?" she's asking the kid to take me to my room? Wow. What a great mom. Anyway, so she calls her Asha, I like Nat so I'll call her that. Nat nods and hurriedly took my trolley bag.
"Oh, I'll do it." I told her but she seems sad, she wants to help, I guess. So I let her take my coat instead,
"Here, you can carry this; it's lighter so you won't trip over the stairs." She gave me a wide smile and then pulled my hand. Man, this kid sure is strong. As we go up the stairs, I'm scoping the house, it's beautiful. The house is all white and I can tell that everything is made from glass. I wonder how many working years did she put up to build this house? When we reached a white door with a carving 'Valentine' on it, of course it's my room, my name's on it, duh, before I could open the door, Nat already did. She seems excited so I followed her inside. She stepped on a chair to hang my coat on a coat rack and she opened the curtains.
"It's okay Nat, I can do it by myself." I told her stopping her from opening the curtains. She smiled back at me and ran towards the bathroom. I kind of smiled cos of what she's doing. So I followed her and looked inside the bathroom, yeah it's beautiful alright. Just like my bathroom back in France.
She stood near the door and waved at me, I guess she's leaving. Why isn't she talking, anyway?
"Thanks." And I waved back at her so she left and closed the door.
I sat on the bed and released a big sigh. *deep sigh* I laid my back on the bed, so soft. I cuddled my pillow and next thing I know is I can feel my eyes closing.
