Anything can happen at a party either it be the best night of your life, the worst mistake to be made, or a deadly situation. Regardless it maybe the fact to forget reality and just have fun, so you can forget the pain.

*~ Toni's P.O.V ~*
I stood in the kitchen preparing water and snacks for those who weren't drinking or are drinking. The smell of beer surrounded my nose and caused me to gag a little. Still it was really fun to help out the sober people. I still can't talk that well- heck I can't even talk at night unless I force it. But they'd think I was mute and continue to talk to me. In return I helped them adding some advice with some hand gestures and even hold on to car keys until their safety driver was ready. Some of the girls like my outfit, that my brother picked out for me. I wore a nice pink blouse, faded blue shorts, ankle socks, and a pair of grey shoes.
Though the some of the voices and figures that followed some of the people weren't so nice. I was trying not to focus on them, but there were a lot. Most were covered in darkness and others with light.
'Kill.'
'Leave her alone.'
'Join us.'
'Hello.'
'Stop.'
'Help me.'
'Save us.'
'Destroy them.'
'Vanish.'
'Cut yourself.'
'Ugly.'
'Burn them all.'
'Die.'
'Worthless.'
'Purpose.'
'Disappear.'
'You are loved.'
'Be feared.'
'Don't listen to them.'
'It's better to be dead.'
'The knife looks really good close to your neck.'
'Silence.'
'Leave her be.'
'STOP IT!' I screamed in my mind and slammed my hands against the counter top. When there were no more voices I let out a sigh.
"Hey can I get some water?"
I looked up to see a boy with black hair and brown eyes. He wore a red sweater, dark blue jeans, and some faded black shoes. His breath reeked of alcohol, but at least he wanted some water. I nodded in response and handed him a cup of water. He chugged it down and slammed the cup on the counter. I jumped back at the sound then again the music was really loud. He looked at me as if I was an animal and seemed to be studying me.
"Y-yes?" I asked
A wicked grin appeared on his face and he came around the counter. I felt my heart racing as he wrapped his hands around my waist. I was a lot shorter then him and my fear was showing.
"My name is Hayden, what's yours?"
Hayden? Hay-den. . . It sounded familiar, "Toni. . ."
"Ahh. . . So your the girl you beat the crap out of me?" He asked and I remembered and nodded in response, "Good." He turned me around so quick and began to forcefully kiss me. The feeling didn't feel right and I pushed him away from me, but he kept on coming back. I didn't like it at all and I felt the tears coming down my face. Confusion fogged my mind, and that's when I remembered something from a long time ago. . . Something that was wrong and horrible. I gave him one good shove and whatever he grabbed he'd managed to throw it on me. It was beer that had ruined my shirt.
"Leave me alone!"
"Common babe give me one kiss."
"I am NOT your babe!" I hissed back as I ran off, but he grabbed me, and threw me into the wall. With both of his arms propping himself on the wall for support as he loomed over me. I was scared and feared the worst. That memory kept playing in my head as if taunting me, and I froze in place. Kissing me once again, I felt my tears roll down my cheeks uncontrollably. His hands travel up and down my sides and I gasp as his cold hands made it underneath my shirt. I couldn't do anything. . . I was being taking advantage of in my frozen state. Until I heard a voice,
"What the fuck do think you're doing!? That's my sister your fucking kissing."
I looked up to see Jerome talking to him and I saw Mitch off to the side. I took my chance and immediately ran to Mitch who welcomed me in a hug. I don't know what was going on, but I kept crying as I heard my friends voices talking to someone.
"I'm going to take you to Lachlan's room and you can lock the door behind you okay?" Mitch told me, I nodded in response as I looked up and saw both him and Vikk. Quickly escorting me to my brothers room, I opened the door and waited for them to say something, "Just go to bed and don't let anyone in." Vikk told me and through tear filled eyes I nodded.
Softly closing the door and locking it behind me I walked over to the front of his bed. I feel to my knees and cried.
---> TIME SKIP (TO THE TARDIS) <---
*~ ???'s P.O.V ~*
I walked into the party driven house, without anyone noticing me. Then again the music was loud and people were dancing. Immediately I was hit with the stench of alcohol, sweat, food, heat, and. . . Sex? ((*Cough Cough* unseen Poofless sex scene *Cough Cough*))
I shrugged it off and kept on walking passed a group of guys, and into a room where she sat in. I didn't need to use doors, but then again the longer I'm here the more I become human.
Fazing through I found her sitting sleepy on the floor with a tear stained face. Wasting no time I went to her, quickly picked her up so she could sit on my lap, and sat on the floor with her. She looked up at me with tears forming in her eyes.
She was choking with the tears coming down her face, forcing herself to speak, "He. . . He. . ."
"I know." I told her in a quiet voice a quick memory of what happened not to long ago and of the past flashed in her mind, "Don't worry firefly, I won't let you go through that again. I won't let anyone harm you." A small smile appeared on her face as she whispered the words 'Thank you' to me, before putting her head on my chest.
Picking her up, I went to go lay her on the bed.
But she still stood up and went to the closet, taking out a pair of pajamas. "I need to change."
"Alright I'll be waiting right here." I replied with a smile, a pink tint spread across her cheeks and I felt mine getting hotter. Giving a shy smile she quickly went into the restroom and I was left to stand alone.
My firefly. . . I love her. . . but I couldn't stay. I would have to keep up my search for my brother, whom was in the city somewhere. 'After the stunt he pulled', I thought to myself before I let out a sigh with my eyes closed. Feeling a tug at my sweater, I opened my eyes to see Toni standing in front of me as she rubbed her eyes. I couldn't help myself, and I laid a few gentle soft kisses on her forehead, cheeks, chin, and lastly her lips. Her face was redder then red stone once I pulled away. I lead her to the bed, she laid down, and I laid beside her. My arms instinctively wrapping around her waist forming a protective hug. She turned around and snuggled into my chest, and soon enough I heard a chorus of soft snores. I couldn't help but smile at her and planting one single kiss on her forehead, as sleep was threatening me.
"I'll stay here all night long and even when the sun raises." I promised her and a sleepy smile was what I saw as a response before drifting off the to sleep.
