"I like you too Mike." Is what I wanted to say to him.. But my anxiety got the best of me. So I just walked out of the treehouse and back inside. When Mike came in with Tré he didn't look at me once. He didn't even glance at me. God, what did I do? I should have told him when I had the chance but now things are going to be awkward between us.

Now we were visiting my sons, Joey and Jakob. We arrived at my old house that Adrienne lives in that I gave to her. After the divorce, she literally had nothing. So I gave her the house and about a thousand dollars to start out because even though she was a bitch before the divorce, she is a nice person and I didn't hate her. I knocked on the door and a few seconds later, little Joey opens the door.

"Daddy!" Joey shouts excitedly and jumps up into my arms. I lift him up in the air and give him a bunch of small kisses and hug him tightly. Seconds later, Jakob comes flying through the house and attacking my leg. I giggle and hand Joey off to Tré and I pick up Jakob and repeat my actions that I did to Joey.

"Well, look who the cat dragged in." Adrienne pops up out of nowhere.

"Yeah, just came by to say hi." I said and walked in the house, Mike, Tré and my children following behind me. Adrienne closes the door and follows us soon after.

"So, how has tour been?" Adrienne asks, motioning for us to sit on the couch. Joey and Jakob were on either side of me and Mike and Tré were on the ends. Joey and Mike to my left, Jakob and Tré to my right.

"Stressful but other than that, I'm really enjoying it." I say, Mike and Tré nodding in agreement.

"Well, I'd love to hear more about it, but I'm beat. I had a long day at work and I'm tired. But you guys can stay as long as you want. Mess around with your sons. They haven't seen their dad in a while." She says, going down the hall to our old room.

"Dad tell us about tour." Joey says from my left.

"Yeah! I wanna hear all about it." Jakob says from my right.

"Okay, what do you want to hear?" I ask, getting up and sitting on the floor, motioning for them to get in a circle so I can see everyone.

"What's it like?" Joey asks.

"Well, when you're touring or if you have a band in general, It's better if you're doing it with your friends." I glance at Mike and Tré, "Because it wouldn't be as fun. Especially when you've been doing it for so long you'd think we get tired of each other. But in reality, we learn something new about each other every day and that draws us closer and makes us better friends. Sometimes we hit a few bumps along the way, but we always get through them together. No matter what, I can always rely on your Uncle Mike and Uncle Tré to be there for me. Because I will always be there for them. No matter what." I glance at Mike and smile to see him blush and look away from me because I caught him starring.

"Wow. Thats awesome." Jakob says, "I can't believe you're still friends with Uncle Mike and Uncle Tré after so long." Jakob adds on while yawning a little at the end.

"You tired buddy?" I ask even though I know the answer already. As expected, Jakob nods and rubs his eyes while yawning again.

"Me too." Joey yawns.

"Okay well we better get you two off to bed then." I say. I pick up Jakob.

"No daddy, pick me up!" Joey protests.

"How about Uncle Mike can pick you up?" I glance at Mike, silently asking if its okay.

"Come here you dork." Mike says while picking up Joey. Joey giggles and Mike's face just lights up. Even though he wont admit it, Joey is Mike's favorite. We carry the two hooligans to their room that they share and we tuck them in.

"Tomorrow we will be playing in San Francisco. Tell your mother to turn on the tv to our show okay?" I tell Jakob. He nods and curls over to one side. I kiss his cheek and walk over to Joey and kiss him on the cheek as well. "Goodnight boys. I'll see you guys soon." I say to them. They both mumble a 'Night' before Mike and I walk out of their room and go back out in the living room where Tré is so we can leave. I look at my watch to see its 11:35. "We better get to bed so we can get up at 6." I say to Mike and Tré before we walk back to our bus and get in our bus and into our bunks.

"Hey Mike." I say when I get in my bunk. He looks across from me from the other side of the bus.

"Yeah?"

"I like you too."
