The sound of the open scene of "Take me Out to The Ballgame" plays out from the TV. Gene kelly and Frank Sinatra are singing and tap dancing. As the movie played on, some scenes caught my eye. One scene in particular was when Kelly's character stood up for Sinatra's character to this very heavy built character. After that scene I knew I had to tell my grandmother what was going on at school; she was after all my grandmother and one of my best friends. I looked up at her and said, "Grandma, I have to tell you something."  She looked back down at me. Her glassess were hanging on the berm of her noes. "Yes sweetie, what is it?" I took a breath knowing in that moment I was about to tell one of the most important person to me what was happening back in Vermont. "Grandma, I'm getting bullied at school. Not just the whispering or the "you can't sit with us", but I've have rocks and pebbles throw at me; and because of that I have to have lunch and playtime with my special teacher." There I said it. I said all of what's been happening to me to my grandma. That grandma that means so much. She looks up at and smiles. She smiles? I wasn't thinking that would happen. But then she wrapped me up in here arms and said " you know Ruth, I think this is a really big lesson for you. You need to stand up and never give up ."  She said.  I looked at her with my eyes. "But how do I do that when I'm just scared that their going to causes more pain for me." I said. "Hahaha by being brave and kind; and by saying "okay you know okay fine bully me,but know this; it's only going to make me stronger then walk away. That's all you have do sweetie." She smiled at me with her beautiful eyes. And at that moment I knew when I return to school that I would have to face those demons.
