Knock knock
My bedroom door slowly creaks open as Nova walks in. I rub the sleep out my eyes and sit up.
"Oh hey Nova" I glance at the clock and gasp "Nova! Why did you let me over sleep, it's ten already"
All Nova did was grin. "Have you forgotten what day this is? It's been exactly a year since you got here! I thought you'd deserve to sleep in" she pointed to the bathroom.
"Get changed and I'll meet you downstairs" She swiftly turned and glided down the hall.
It really has been a year. After I had mastered celestial dragon slaying magic, I had moved straight onto fire dragon slaying which I completely mastered in a week. It took only days to master all the other magics.
We trained physical and mentally as well as different technics.
I see all my spirits regularly and help train them too. They still deserve it.
I get changed into my regular plain mint shirt, with a skirt today. I no longer wore pink as it reminded me to much of him. My knee high boots we're a must.
I laughed as saw my reflection, thinking of all my changes. I now have long hair that changes colour depending which magic I'm using. But when I'm not using magic it stays a opal multi coloured shade like Nova's. One of my eyes are covered by my fringe as it has turned a pure white, and contains my magical energy.
I pull my hair into a high pony tail and turn to walk downstairs. I can teleport, but I prefer walking.
When I enter the hallway, Nova turns to me, with a bundle in her arms.
It was a cat, a soft lilac with big aqua eyes. She had one white paw and looked adorable. She spread out her wings and flew over too me in wrapping me in a hug. The little exceed smiled up at me.
"Heyyyyyy lucy!" She laughed " I've heard loads about you, you sound so cool. My names Lavender! " I looked down at her and my mouth twitched. My heart instantly melted for her and I let another person into my heart.
She showed me her cool tricks like turning into a human girl, only 8 year's old with white streaks in her lilac hair, but she only lasted a minute in that form before she collapsed in exhaustion. But she sprung back up a showed me her little purple bubbles that she could throw and use as a shield.
After that we all had breakfast and we decided to all fly up to the water island where we practiced ice make magic and water dragon slaying.

When the sun started to set, Nova nudged me and pulled me to a small pool, surrounded by roses.
"This is the pool of sight, it allows you to see anywhere." I look at the pool curiously as it was stil, just like glass. She gave me a look and stuck her hand in. The ripples ran from her hand normally, but when they got to the sides, they came back in turning the water as it went.
I looked into the pool and gasped. It was the guild. Everyone was smiling. It was like I was never there, and nobody cared that I left. But I looked closer, and in the corner sat gajeel, eyes to the floor and a sad aura around him. I found Wendy playing with Carla but they both seemed to have a sad glimpse in their eyes, as well as mira.
But then I saw them. Natsu and gray arguing like usual, but with smiles. Erza pushed both of them away with a half hearted smile. Lisanna was behind natsu smirking, then clinging to his arm. She used magic to get cats ears and tail, which made him laugh." Ha your so cool Lisanna, stronger then-then. ... wait what's her name again?" His face screwed up in concentration, bit he didn't seem to be trying really hard. He had forgotten my name.  The one who used me as a replacement, the one who made me feel horrible.  The one who called me weak. Well he was wrong I'm so much stronger than her.
"Lucy" Lisanna spat. "I'm so glad she left" "What! She left!" Natsu grinned " shows how useless she was. I didn't even notice" I turned away, I couldn't watch anymore.

"Nova I'm leaving now." Nova nodded. She didn't show any sympathy for me, just interest and amusement for my past.
As I left the island I felt warm paws around my neck. "Are they the mean ones?" Lavender questioned. "Yeah they are. And I'm going to make them pay for what they did" "Don't worry I'll protect you!" She grinned. "And I'll protect you" I promise back.
We flop onto my bed and she curls up in my arms. I know Nova's chosen Lavender for a reason, she's chosen her to be loyal to me forever.
