Chapter 2

~The day it all began

Seriously what's with the headache? Man I seriously I need some Asprin. *YAWN* I still can't believe I stayed up all night writing lyrics. I mean I don't even have a band. *GRUMBLE* I'm starving. I get up and walk towards the fridge. Empty. I gotta go shopping.

I get up and slip on a sweater. Then walk off to the village. The smell of food enters my nose and my mouth starts to water. Maybe I should eat out for break fest instead. I walk towards a booth that is selling burgers.

"Two burgers please," I say staring into the cashier's eyes.

"OK that'll be $1.50," he tells me waiting impatiently for the money.

"Alright," I sigh digging into my pocket. "Here yah go." I state handing him the money. He nods and gives me the bag with my order.

I trot off to a random bench at the shore and stare at the view. The water was sparkling. It was a clear blue and the sand was warm, not hot warm.

"Its a nice view, huh?" A male voice asks. I turn towards the voice and see a guy sitting next to me.

He has blonde spike hair. He didn't look bad. His eyes were a turquoise blue that sparkled in the sun.

"Yeah, you come here often?" I ask now looking at him. He just nods and keeps staring at the ocean. "If you want you can have a burger I'm pretty full and there's one left," I offered.

"Yeah!! Thanks!!" He answers excitedly. I dig in my bag and hand him the warm burger.

"What's your name?" I ask him not once taking my glance off the ocean shore.

"I'm Roxas what about you?" He responds.

"I'm Xion," I inform him. He smiles and nods.

"What do you do?" He asks curiously.

"I write lyrics and train." I state.

"No way!! Are you in a band? I play the guitar. We should get together some time!!" He shouts cramping me with questions and offers.

"No and OK," was my simple answer.

We then started walking to my "house". This was going to be where we practice. He took out his guitar and started to play. It was really good I was shocked.

"Sing to this,"he ordered. I nodded and started singing one of my songs. It blended perfectly with the beat of his guitar.

"I sing too..."He said a little embarrassed looking in the opposite direction.

"Show me what you got" I offered. His eyes lit up and he got all excited.

"Alright," He yelled. I went to my bed and took out my guitar. I plugged it in to the speakers and started thinking of a beat. All of a sudden one hit me and I knew that was the one.

"Sing," I commanded. He smiled one last time and took the mic from my hands. I started to play the guitar.
