Chapter 3

~One summer afternoon

Today's band practice there late!! Well you remember our little two man band. We found two other people. Axel and Sora. Axel is our drummer and Sora is our bass. We have band practice everyday around noon.

Axel has green eyes and long spike red hair. Under his eyes are these red upsidedown triangles. He has a nice smile and he's very protective. He is suppose to be in charge of the money like how much we'll get paid and how much to spend. Roxas gets us into concerts and things like that.

Sora has brown dirty blonde hair. His eyes are ocean blue and he's really nice. He always has this chain wrapped around his neck. At the end of the chain is a crown. You can tell Sora will never lie to you and he has a strong heart. He's the bass player.

Before noon I usually train. I practice using my kekkai genkai. Right now I can summon the water dragon. Yeah... I haven't gotten that far. At one point I was so close to summoning the fire dragon but the dragon died out. I didn't have enough power.

"Hey Xion what are you doing?" Asked Roxas. He's usually the first to come. Then Sora and Axel is usually super late.

"I was just thinking," I replied staring off into space.

"About what?" He questioned poking me.

"Nothing much just band. How are we gonna get anywhere if we haven't even played in public?" I asked seriously.

"About that, I got a surprise for you." He answered getting excited.

"What is it?" I inferred. Tilting my head.

"Wait until the whole band comes." At that I groaned and dropped my head on the pillow. He laughed at my impatience and sat on the bed next to me.

The whole band finally got here. I was waiting impatiently for Roxas to tell us what he was so excited about.

"Well"I grunted Impatiently.

"Well what?" Roxas cluelessly asked.

"Aren't you going to tell us!!" I shouted annoyed.

"Oh yeah, well...... I got us a spot at battle of the bands." He yelled smiling like an idiot. All of us cheered like the idiots we are.

"When is it?" I asked being the only concerned one.

"Tomorrow at noon." He informed smirking.

"We gotta practice then!!" I hollered going crazy. It's tomorrow!!! They all nodded in agreement and we spent the rest of the day practicing until we were sore.

We were all at our favorite ice cream shop laughing. When a thought came to mind. What did he call our band? We never made up a name.

"Hey Roxas." I called.

"Yeah?" He replied.

"What'd you call our band?" This sparked up everyone's curiosity.

"Kingdom Hearts." He answered smirking at the sound of the name.

"I love it!!" Shouted Sora.

"I could've picked something better" Axel commented playfully.

"I like it." I added. So from now on we are going to be known as Kingdom Hearts. It runs smoothly off my tongue. I wonder if he was thinking of me when he picked the name.

Yeah that's right I told him about my issue. He didn't freak out about it so that's why we're still friends. He's the only one I told. I still haven't fully trusted the other two.

That's how the whole Kingdom Hearts became known~
