He made a surprised noise, his eyes widening and I could feel his face heat up quick. I pulled away to look at his reaction, damn he looked so adorable and vulnerable.
"U-Um, Kevin, I-" he swallowed, still facing the floor, and then peeking back up at me.
I smirked, my hands in my pockets. "You..?"
His head dropped down quickly, his cheeks getting a bit more red. "I thought you were straight?"
I smirked, nodding, "is this why you've been avoiding your friends lately?"
He was quiet for a moment, and then nodded, "they'll hate me.. think I'm disgusting.. push me away.. shut-"
I used my finger to gently lift his chin up to look up at me, "they're your friends, Edd. They'd accept you for you, you three may be dorks, but I see true friendship in that bond. They might be a little confused at first, but never think you're disgusting. And even if they did, they wouldn't deserve you."
I saw a sparkled in double dork's eyes, and a surprised look of happiness. "Th-Thank you, Kevin! You-"
"But you're still a dork," I smiled.
He frowned. "I'm going to tell them, but if they reject me, I'm coming back and kicking you in the vagina!"
"Hey, don't assume that every guy has a vagina just because you do," I smirked.
His face went red again, "oh shut up, Kevin! I'm off to tell them..." he turned around.
"Wait," I called out, "tell them one more thing."
He turned to face me, "what would that be?"
"That you and I are together," I winked at him, and headed off to my locker for the last bell of the day.
