I walked into the bathroom out of curiosity. I saw Double Dork's feet lift up and heard silent sobbing. For some reason I felt bad, like.. it was a sinking feeling. Part of me wanted to ask what was wrong, and it was.. weird.
"Yo DD? What's up?" I asked, outside the door.
I heard him gasp, "K-Kevin..?"
"That's my name don't wear it out.." I sighed, "why did you hide in the men's bathroom for?" I rubbed the back of my neck, "aren't you freaking out about how dirty it is?"
I heard a small laugh from him, "I wasn't thinking about it.."
I smiled slightly to myself, wondering why I cared, "why did you talk to Eddy like that?"
He was silent, "..you heard that?"
"Yeah.."
"....I was just upset at him, is all," I could hear the lie in his voice.
"Oh really? Because it sounded like you were upset over things more than that."
Just then, the stall door was swung open, causing me to almost fall.
"Why do you care, huh!?" There were tears running down his cheeks horribly, "are you here to get answers from me, then spread them through out the whole school!? Because let me tell you, I'm not putting up with your shit!" He then looked down, panting, "...sorry..."
"Edd..." I whispered.
He refused to look up, his lips quivering.
It was too tempting.. I grabbed him by the chin, and kissed him.
