Chapter Ten - Eclipse

I woke up the next morning the sheets covering my figure I could feel something tracing my features, my eyes fluttered open to meet Paul he gave a gentle smile “morning” he whispered “morning I smiled “ Billy rung you about an hour ago. I told him you slept over” I nodded, he kissed me and I returned it. Breaking of I sighed “I don’t wanna get out of bed but if we don’t someone is bound to call or come round” I stroked his face “I will always remember this morning” I smiled “more than last night” he winked, I laughed and slapped his arm “both”

We got up and I grabbed one of his t- shirts my phone started to ring and I looked at the caller id.

I press reject I was not letting him ruining my mood. I found Paul in the kitchen beginning to make brunch “I love a man in the kitchen” I giggle and put the radio on “you in my clothes its better” I blushed for some reason and he laughed my phone rang again, seeing it was reject “who is it” he asked “Jacob. I’m not having him ruining my good mood with him saying a worthless sorry or babbling about Bella. It can’t be about Uncle Billy because you spoke to him.” I replied again Jake rung and Paul answered.

“hey Jake.” He answered “Kelsey has just gone to the bathroom what’s up?… maybe you’ll ruin the good mood she’s in…fine hang on.” He holds the phone away i smile “Kelsey!” he shouted I count ten seconds “what” I answer “Jacob’s on the phone” he replies “your telling me because. Just tell him to go away” I sigh “yeah she doesn’t want to talk to you. Bye” he hangs up I laugh and he goes back to cooking.

He made scrambled egg’s, egg, bacon and sausage “yummy” we digged in. after finishing I washed and put them away. “will your drive me back to mine so I can get changed for tonight” he nodded and I grabbed my discarded clothes already having put on my bra and knickers on.

We got into his car and he started it up “thank you for last night the picnic at the beach who knew you could be so romantic” he took my hand and kissed it “only you and hopeful future pups would see that side” I laughed “what’s with the pups?” he shrugged “its what we call them seen as we’re great bigs dogs” he replied. We pulled up and got out opening the door “Uncle Billy I’m home” I shout.

Jacob comes out “dad’s not here” he tells me I nod and head past him “Kelsey” I sigh and turn around “look I’m sorry about yesterday” he says “whatever” I walk into my bedroom and Paul sits on the bed “I’m gonna take a shower. No you can’t join but you can pick out my clothes.” He puts but nods I smiled and give him a quick kiss before getting in the shower.

When I got out Paul was messing on my laptop “how did you crack my password” I was gobsmaked “please I know how much you love me ‘mrslahote’ nice by the way” I shook my head I dried my hair making it an updo adding a red headband to match the checked shirt with jeans and grey boots. “very nice” I commented he shrugged “I tried to find something short but went against knowing you’d have a fit.” He replied closing my laptop. “true” I grabbed an over size cardigan and headed out.

It was nearly six when we arrived Claire ran up “Kelsey” she lifted the little girl up “hey Claire – bear” she chirped “i’m cold” she shivered “you want to borrow my cardigan” she nodded and put claried down before wrapping her cardigan around her. “hey you two” Quill joined us “hi” we replied “I’m going to get food” she rolled her eyes and I left to get some food.

Coming back with two plates full I handed one two Kels “anything you don’t want give it to me” she chucked before starting to eat. Kim came over with Jared and started chatting. It was dark out now and nearly all the food was gone. “what the hell is she doing here.” Kelsey fumed I looked over Jacob had brought Bella “she isn’t his imprint or anything to do with this place. Idiot” she grumbled.

“just ignore them Kels. She’s not worth it” Bella looked over at us but quickly looked away. “Kelsey know how to make people uncomfortable” I chucked and repeated what she just said which lit up her face “nice to know I’m good for something” she chirped Billy started telling the legends. Halfway through I leaned in to Kelsey’s ear.

“I love you” I whispered
