Chapter 6

A/N This may be my last chapter for this week and next week I will be on holiday and I do not know if where I am staying has Wi-Fi. So I hope I can update, but if I don't, here's a chapter! \^_^/

Bree's P.O.V

I can't believe Chase kept this hidden from us! Well, now we know, we can keep an eye on him. I just hope he is ok at school today. I snap out of my thoughts when I see Chase and Adam walk out of the lift.

"Adam! I'm fine!" I hear Chase yell at his older brother.

"But Trent-" Adam began.

"Guys! I was trying to sleep!" Leo yells walking down the stairs.

"Well, that failed if your down here." Adam smiles at Leo.

At Mission Creek High:

Me, Leo, Adam and Chase walked into Mission Creek. Adam and Chase headed to their lockers while Leo tried to impress Janelle. I sorta hung around the middle of the room so I could watch Chase. Sadly, the bell rang so I had to go to class. After Algebra, I walked out into the corridor and I saw Chase sitting at my locker, with a black eye! I ran over to him.

"Chase!" I yelled.

"Hi Bree..." he mumbled.

"What happened? Wait, don't answer that. It was Trent, wasn't it?" I ramble on.

"You got it in one." He replies with a sigh.

"Chase!" We hear voices yell from down the hall. I turn to see Adam and Leo running down the corridor.

We finally get Chase to tell us what happened. He was getting his psychology book from his locker when Trent came along.

"Why didn't you tell someone?!" Leo asks Chase.

"I'm practically invisible here, so it's not like anyone would have cared." Chase replies.

"Chase! You're not invisible!" Adam gives Chase a hug.

"Oh yeah? I'm a misnamed question mark in the year book!" Chase doesn't react to the hug.

"Chase, we love you and it doesn't matter how popular you are at school, we will always love you." I tell him.

"Really?" He sniffs.

Adam's P.O.V

"Hey nerd!" We all hear a voice yell. That's when I saw Trent running up to us.

"What do you want Trent?!" I growl at him.

"I want this nerd here to give me back my homework." Trent lifts Chase up by his collar.

"Put him down!" Bree yells trying to punch Trent.

"No, and what are you going to do about it?" Trent pushes Bree away with his free hand.

"Adam!" Leo yells at me and see him look at Trent then me. I understood. I punched Trent in the gut and he doubled over, dropping Chase in the process. Bree and Leo run over to Chase and I stood my ground. Trent started to get back up.

"You. Did. Not. Just. Do that!" Trent yells at me, balling his fists.

"Wanna bet?" I ball mine I return.

Trent takes a swing and I block it, kicking him in the shin. But Trent manages to punch me in the face. Soon enough, me and Trent at in a full fight, when I hear Chase yell,

"Adam!"

I turn to see Chase with a solemn look on his face and I knew he wanted me to stop. So I did.

"You better stay away from my brother." I say as Trent walks away.

"Thanks." Chase says as me, Leo and Bree give him a hug.

"No problem, bro." I reply.

Okay! I am so sorry for the length of this chapter but I have just had so much writer's block that I haven't made long chapters. So I hope to update in half-term but if I don't, then I will sometime in two weeks time.
