It had been two weeks since the battle against Gaia. Everyone was still recovering from the massive losses.

Especially the loss of Leo Valdez. The Haepheastus cabin were in the process of building a ten foot bronze statue of him in his honor with a bowl in his hands that would hold an eternal flame, provided by Haepheastus himself. Piper still cried for him at night. Jason always imagined waking up one day to find out Leo's death was just a nightmare. Nico kept trying to sense Leo's presence, but was always disappointed. Nothing at Camp Half-Blood was ever the same. But one day, the sun shone a little brighter.

It was very early in the morning. The dawn was very close upon Camp Half-Blood. Piper had had a nightmare about that victorious yet awful day when so many had been lost. She had dreamt of Leo's death and the funeral.

When she woke up, she got dressed and went outside the Aphrodite Cabin for an early morning walk to calm herself. Maybe in an hour or so she would wake Jason and tell him about the dream. She tried to be strong for him, but she didn't know how long it would last.

After walking around Camp Half-Blood for a while, she found a bench and sat down, watching the sun begin to rise slowly in the distance.

Then she saw a small speck out in the distance. She first thought it might just be a plane. Then it slowly got closer.

As it came closer, she saw it wasn't a plane, and it seemed to be made of... bronze!

What was it? Was it an enemy? Or even better- a friend?

Piper didn't know for sure what it was, but somehow she knew she had to tell Jason. She ran as fast as she could to the Zeus Cabin and ran inside. She ran to Jason's bed and began to shake him.

"Jason! Jason wake up! NOW!!" she said.

"What, Piper?" he said with an exhausted yawn.

"You need to come outside! Now!" she said insistently.

"Okay, okay," he responded. He put on a jacket and followed Piper outside.

"Look out there, Jason. See it?" said Piper. She pointed to the bronze speck, which had grown larger. They so desperately wanted it to be what they thought it was, they were afraid they might be seeing things. All they knew was it was headed for Camp Half-Blood.

Then the mysterious bronze object started leaving a trail of steam and smoke. At first Piper and Jason didn't know what to make of it, but soon the smoke formed an I, then an M.

When the bronze object was done writing, it read:

IM BACK AMIGOS

At that point, Piper and Jason were ecstatic because they finally realized what the object was. It was a flying bronze dragon.

The dragon came closer and closer. It made several loops and turns and corkscrews.

All of the sudden, a loud BOOM filled the air as giant fireworks spewed from the dragon and Uptown Funk began to emanate from the sky.

The loud noise woke several of the campers. Campers filed out of their cabins to investigate the noise. Percy, Annabeth, and Nico were among them.
