"So, what do you losers wanna do today?" Clint asked as he walked into the living area of Stark Tower. Steve, Natasha, and Bruce sat on one couch while Tony sipped a beer on another.

"Same thing we do every day Pinky," Tony responded as Clint took a seat beside him. "Try to take over the world."

Natasha rolled her eyes as Steve looked to her to explain the joke he didn't get. It had become a routine for her to translate pop culture references for him.

"I'll explain later," she told him.

"How about a movie?" Bruce suggested in a bored tone.

"Sure," Steve said. He hadn't had the chance to catch up on pop culture much since he had come out of the ice. He had figured out TVs and thought it might help him catch up on the times. "What do you want to watch?"

The gears in everyone's heads began to turn as they thought of the best movie to show Steve after seventy years of being on ice.

"Back to the Future," Bruce said without missing a beat. Natasha rolled her eyes.

"Will you shut up about that stupid movie?"

"No. It's an American classic. He needs to see it."

"Well in that case, Independence Day," Clint said as he fiddled with an arrow. "Trust me, if the alien invasion doesn't interest him, the almost insufferable patriotism will."

Steve looked curious. He took out his notebook and jotted down Independence Day.

"You guys are insufferable. We should watch Annie," said Natasha.

"You mean the musical about the little ginger orphan?" Bruce asked.

"Yeah," she responded. "It's set in New York during 30's, so he'll feel right at home."

Clint, Natasha, and Bruce continued to argue about the right movie to show Steve, while Steve himself just kept jotting down their suggestions for later. Meanwhile, Tony, who had already thought this scenario through, stood up and began typing on his tablet.

"You're all idiots, you know that, right?" he asked as he began pacing in front of them. "All your ideas are great, for another time, but you're all forgetting one of the greatest masterpieces ever put on screen. The American classic. If he hasn't seen it, he has no right to wear the spangles. You are so lucky to have me to talk sense into you guys."

"Because you always make such wonderful decisions," Bruce said skeptically.

"Enlighten us, oh great wise one," Clint said with false reverence.

"Hit it, Jarvis," Tony requested as he pointed to nothing in particular.

The room was immediately engulfed in sound as famous orchestra music blared through the speakers, making everyone jump. Suddenly everyone looked at Tony in either shocked realization or in Steve's case, confusion.

"What is that?" Steve yelled over the noise.

"Star Wars," Clint said in nearly a whisper.

"I never thought I'd say this, Tony, but you win," Bruce said.

"What's Star Wars?" Steve asked Nat.

"Imagine King Arthur in space," Natasha explained. Steve nodded curiously. He was interested now. He jotted the name in the notebook.

"So, Rogers, you in?" Tony asked.

"Might as well. The way you've all reacted, it seems like a pretty good film."

"'Pretty good' isn't even the tip of the iceberg," Tony said. "Avengers, assemble in the theater room."

They all headed to the theater room after Clint made plenty of his famous buttered popcorn (one of Natasha's favorite foods). They all sat down as Tony turned on the movie and the phrase "A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away..." appeared on the screen.

For the next several hours, Steve was mesmerized by the screen before them. Bruce made sure they watched the original trilogy first.

"I'm not letting him experience two hours of Jar Jar until after he's experienced the real thing," Bruce told them.

"Good call, Banner," Clint agreed.

Nat made sure to take a video of Steve's face at the end of Empire Strikes Back. She made sure she was discreet so he wouldn't see it.

At the end of Return of the Jedi, the Avengers could have sworn they saw Steve tear up, but they were smart enough not to question it.

"Well, that was fun," Clint said when it was over. They should've been tired, but they all itched to do something else.

After talking about the movie with Steve and explaining a few plot points that were lost on him, Clint's eyes widened.

"Guys," he said.

"What?" Natasha asked.

"Steve's never played Mario Kart."

"Oh no," Bruce said.
