You grinned at the white scarf in your hand because you knew who it belonged to.

" Sabo? " you asked as you looked around for him.

" He just went in" replied Robin , to which you nodded and rushed to the closet.

Once in, the doors were shut and you spotted the blonde male sitting at the back of the closet. Smiling as you walked over to him, you sat down beside him.
After moments of silence, you decided to speak up.

" Revolutionary army's second in command! Luffy's brother and the one who ate mera-mera no mi. You sure must be a powerful man..".

He just shook his head in response and said " Not powerful enough to make a confession " .

Your eyebrows were knit together as you looked at him questioningly.

He sighed before turning towards you and yanked you forward , which made you bury your face in his chest.
" They say it's easier when you don't have to look the girl in the eye..." he paused.

You kept quiet as you waited for him to continue and he did.

"...You're a strong and beautiful woman (Y/N). Ever since I saw you, my mind refuses to let your image slip out of it. It's like, you're imprinted in my head and ...and " you smiled and pulled away from his embrace.

You kept a serious face as you stared at him. He instantly went pale and turned into an apologising mess.
" I'm so sorry if you don't fe- "

You cut him short by slamming your lips to his. He froze for a second and you opened one eye to check his expression. You watched his eyes slowly fall shut as his hands wound around your waist pulling you closer.

You closed your eyes as he kissed you back. His tongue glided over your bottom lip and you granted his entry. Tongues fighting for dominance and his hands tracing every curve in your body as if they were memorising it all and your hands splayed on his chest increased the intensity of the kiss.

You pulled back after a while and looked away, not wanting to look at the blonde. He grabbed your chin and tilted your head towards him which left you with no choice but to stare back. " I love you " he muttered.

" Me too.."you said as your cheeks went pinker.

" Me too what? " he asked smirking a little and you knew what he wanted to hear.

" I love you too " you said as you hid your face in his chest while he hugged you tight.

The door was opened and Luffy stood right outside with a grin plastered on his face. " I knew they'd make a good pair! " he exclaimed loudly while both you and Sabo looked at each other blushing all over again.
