Mari's Brother?

*Few days later after meeting up with Gizmo*
"Hey! I see a town up ahead!" I call down from a tree.
"Really? Icy said sounded like she accused me of lying. I guess she hasn't fully trust me yet
"Don't believe me? Come we for your self." As Icy used her talismans to float up into the tree
"Wow! The city is beautiful!"
"Little help Robo?" Jordan called from below
"Coming."
As I reach the ground I landed next to Jordan as dust flys around causing Jordan to cover her eyes
"Climb on Jordan." I said and almost obediently she climbed on. As I flew up I looked back down to see Gizmo just h laying down.
"Come on Gizmo! Keep the pace moving."
"Alright Robo. Don't get your bolts in a twist."
"Hey wait a minute."
"What's up Jordan?"
"This is my home town, I recognize that water tower any where!"
"That's so cool!" Icy said with excitement.
"I-need to go meet someone, someone important to me."
"Can we come?" Icy asked
"I want to go alone for this Icy," Icy looked disappointed and annoyed she couldn't leave with her.
"Okay let's head out toward the forest's edge."
As we traveled toward the town I thought about the reasons why she would go alone, was it because of Icy's ears and tail? And wanted me to stay with her so she wouldn't be lonely? Just the thought of being alone with Icy was enough to send feeling through my parts which rarely happens. Then I remembered Gizmo would be here to...
"Well here we are Jordan." I said while the town was in the background.
"This is good bye for a bit, us three wishes you good luck finding that person you were talking about."
"Thanks Robo."
*Read Jordan's POV to understand stand what happens to Jordan*
Minutes have passed, which turned to hours. No sign of Jordan any where. I guess I can talk about wha happens during that time frame.
*Almost an hour since last communications with Jordan*
Somethings is moving around us stalking us, lurking in the shadows, possibly ready to come to attack at any moment.
I zapped the bush that the beast was hiding behind. And a thump followed, leaving the bush still.
Running over to the bush I picked up the beast and called Icy over.
"Who wants some venison?"
"Nice one Robo! I never had deer before."
"Well you're about to!"
We returned to the site and made a little fire where I almost forgot to have fire wood.
"Hey Gizmo. Can you go find a oak tree for the fire?"
"Robo, were in the middle of a spruce forest, where would I find a oak tree?"
"I seen a couple in that direction, but one will do."
"Why do you need the oak any way?"
"For flavor," I honestly didn't need one. I just wanted to be alone with Icy...
"Fine..." Gizmo said in disguise, "I don't understand the importance of flavor to you humans, but I will go get one..."
"Thanks Giz."
"Don't call me that..." He flew up mumbling somethings possibly about me.
"Well let's get this fire burning."
"But shouldn't we wait for Gizmo to come back with the tree?"
"Come here Icy." I said moving towards a spruce tree, knocking down the tree with a kick.
"There's a whole forest over here."
"Oh, ok!" It was a steep slope toward the bottom where the oaks were.
"Need some help down? It's pretty steep."
"Nope!" She said forming an iced axe, ran off the edge,stabbed the ground with the axe, bringing her to the ground, and with her momentum, took the axe out and formed an ice slide to the bottom as if she practiced for years. She could have before she went to the facility...
"Come on Robo!" She said as I realized I was just standing there.
"Ok." I slid down the Iced slide, and as I picked up speed Icy melted the ice turning unto mist causing me to tumble down the rest of the way, getting dirt all over my metallic parts... Good thing I water proofed my self before I left the facility.
"Oops, sorry Robo. I didn't know you were using it."
"Doesn't matter, I can't feel pain anyways."
"Ok let's get this tree timbered!" She walked up to the nearest tree and struck at it with the axe. 1, 2,3,
"TIM-ber?" Icy said confused, I looked at the tree, the bottom trunk was missing from the tree, but the tree was floating!
"What the-" what's up with this forest? First firm leaves, second blocky trees, and now there floating!?!
"Robo your seeing this two right?"
"Yeah, this isn't normal at all."
"I agree, let's just cut the rest down and get it over with."
"I surely agree!" She chopped the tree down accept the top one which she couldn't reach.
"I got it Icy," I fly up punching the log, bits and pick of the log fly down, I hear Icy back up a bit, I finally break all of the log and let it fall then the pieces floated together to form the log once again but in a smaller form, as with all the other logs did to. Icy was holding the logs in her hand, but she seemed like she was struggling.
"Hand me the logs Icy, I can see your struggling."
"I got it." Icy said, but wasn't paying attention and tripped over a root in the ground.
"Fine..."
I walked over picked up the fallen wood with one hand and helping Icy up with the other.
"Want a trip back up?" She nods and grabs my neck with her hands, with my arm around her waist. But as soon as I took off, she stiffened and rapped her legs around mine as if she was climbing a rope, with her head on my shoulder.
She has acrophobia... We land back at the camp with the logs in hand she loosen her grip when I land and to see Gizmo with a log in his mouth. I almost forgot about him...
"What were you two doing?"
"Collecting wood."
"Then why did you send me to get wood then?"
"To keep you busy."
"What ever Robo..." We cook the venison on the roasting fire, the possible scent must have been pleasant because Icy was already licking her lips. Icy and I carved two bowls from the wood left over. Icy went first and created her ice dagger and carved out the side of the deer's leg, I created my own dagger of electricity, but then absorbed the electric energy so it wouldn't burn the deer.
"Say Robo, why are you eating?" Gizmo said.
"I still need fuel for my heart, but I don't eat much."
After eating the non-tasted venison, which disappointed me, I flew up in a tree to keep an eye out for Jordan.
*an hour later*
Jordan is in my sight, but then there is another person, one that human. It's been so long since I seen a actual human again, which means one of two things: friend or foe... Maybe foe. I stay hidden on the tree and whispered to Icy,
"Hide Icy! Someone's following Jordan!" Icy hid behind a tree so did Gizmo. I waited to the mystery Human was in targeting range, and tackled the new comer.
"What the-" he said as I tackled him to the ground,
"Who are you? Who are you working for!"
"What do you mean?" I punched him straight in the jaw, but not hard enough to know him out
"Who are you working for!"
"I'm not working for anyone!" I punched him again.
"Stop hitting me!"
"Then answer!"
"I don't have the answer you want!"
"Robo stop!" Jordan said Trying to pull me off of the man. I pushed her off of me and punched him once more.
"Mari!" The man said as his eyes filled with anger. "That's it!" He says as he punches me on the chin with a *thunk* I thought I heard snaps, but it was faint.
"Gah! Are you made out of Metal?"
"Hence the name Robo, Mortal!" Hey, I should keep that in a safe file.
"Look, I'm just here because Mari wanted me to come."
"I think you followed the wrong girl because there's Mari here."
"Robo, I'm Mari, also Mara, and Jordan," Jordan said.
"I am so sorry sir," I said helping Jordan's now know friend.
"I'm just very protective of my friends, we have all been through a lot together, and apart."
"I'm sorry Jordan, please forgive me."
"Well you punched my brother three times, and you pushed me off of you while trying to protect my brother."
"He's your brother?" She nods, which makes me feel even worse.
"Ryan are you ok?" Jordan asked.
"I think so..." Ryan responded.
"I can hel-"
"You help quite enough today Robo!"
"All I want to do is help your brother!"
"Take your help and go somewhere else!"
"Maybe I will!" Storming off. "Come on Gizmo, were out of here!" I said taking off, with Gizmo follow soon behind. I turned back and yelled, "Have fun surviving!"
*Jordan's POV*
"We don't need Robo at all." I said softly, and heard light sobbing coming from a tree.
