I watched the clock slowly as i sat in my Bed hoping for the time to slow down. I couldn't sleep because i knew it was time to go back to school. I wasn't ready for school or for the summer to end so quickly! But i was excited to see what this year brought. I got up as i heard my mom yell for me and got dressed then called my Bestfriend Jasmine.

Jass : Hello?

KayKay : You ready?

Jass : Yea let me grab my bookbag then brush my teeth and ill meet you at your place! Sound good?

KayKay : Yes Ma'am! *Hangs up*

• AT HARRISBURG HIGH SCHOOL •

Jass : *Sighs* I'm so not ready for another year here with these no good ass kids.

KayKay : me neither but at least we still have each other. *Walks to locker*

• JASMINES POV •

I see all these kids from last year and only a few unknown faces. None of the boys here catch our eyes and the girls are segregated its impossible to feel like you fit in. I grab my books , walk into class , and find Kayla. I cant believe we're back in school already seems like we just left yesterday!

I can tell jass is just as mad as i am. Its like this every year for at least the first week. I look up to tap Jass only to see 4 boys walk into the class. One had a really cute afro and looked mexican. He was a doll! One had these two long braids and beautiful eyelashes. The other had a slight fade but the eyes of an angel! And last there was one with a pretty smile , light skinned , buff , and had good hair. I tapped Jass and she looked up as well i could tell she was no longer complaining. I smiled to myself and turned away. Well GOODBYE SUMMER (:
