Mac's P.O.V.

    I realize that no one has said anything in almost half a minute and I quickly clear my throat causing them to snap out of their own little worlds.

"So I was thinking first we could drop off your bags at the hotel and then from there go see your aunt before we go see any dinosaurs" I say quietly at first before I regain some of my confidence

Both of the boys nod and Zach clears his throat, "Yeah um that sounds good"

"Great follow me" I smile at them before turning and making my way to the Dinotel, Jurassic World's premier hotel

    We had just dropped the boys' bags off at their hotel room and were on the way to see their aunt as I had no idea what she wanted me to do with them and as I found out when we arrived at the hotel they had been given nothing. By nothing, I really do mean nothing, no passes, information, or money. Their parents had apparently just shipped them off. However, I had a feeling it was more Claire forgot to send them anything, which was unlike her. I had a feeling though whatever it was that had her off her game had something to do with what she needed my brother for. Luckily, however, I was able to convince the receptionist to give me their keys. The receptionist claiming that she could only give the keys to an adult with the proper verification.

"Your aunt should be just inside of here" I told the boys as we walked in the doors of the innovation center

    I looked around for a moment hoping to spot the red hair among the sea of brown and blonde and quickly double checking my phone to make sure I was in the right place. We were in the right place where Claire had texted me to meet up with her but there was no Claire. I continue to look around until I hear the sound of heels clicking. When I look towards the sound I find that it does belong to Claire. As I walk closer Claire notices me and as politely as she can ends her conversation on the phone.

"Hi boys!" she greets as she comes within talking distance " it's been so long and you're both so grown up. How has it been? 3, 4 years?"

"Uh actually it's been 7, 7 years but you know close" Zach replies giving off a very cold vibe which tells me that he isn't happy about Claire not seeing them for so long

In an attempt to lighten the mood I interrupt the little family reunion, "Hey Claire I was wondering if you could help us out. It seems the boys weren't given their park passes nor any money for food and souvenirs"

"Oh, that must be my fault. I've been so busy lately with this new... uh, project that it just slipped my mind. For now, just go ahead and take them to the mosasaurs show and when you drop the back off at the hotel their passes and money should be in their room." Claire tells me pausing when she mentions why she forgot meaning whatever this was is something more than just a simple new attraction.

"Yeah... sure. Is my brother here?" I ask slightly thrown off by why she was being so secretive about this "project"

"Uh no I actually dropped him off at the raptor paddock not long after we dropped you off. I'm picking him up tomorrow since I had a meeting that I had to attend since Mr. Masrani was running late today." Claire answers once again leaving out any details about why she needed my brother

"Okay thank you. Unless there's anything else you need I think we're going to head out so we can make the final showing for the day. Which is in... 5 minutes." I conclude as I check the time on my phone

"No, you're good to go. Have fun boys! I promise you're in good hands." Claire says as she begins to make her way up the stairs to probably go and terrorize the control room employees
