Chapter3:
Beonka
"Kayla, are you ok?"
"Yeah I'm good kido. What about you are you ok?"
"Honestly no I'm not I want to leave and for you to come with me with all the other girls here too, I don't want to be drugged anymore I want to go home and see my family my friends everybody I love. And mostly I want to live I want to have a life again." She said as she sobbed in the corner.
A loud banging came from the heavy gate which encaged them, seconds later there was a small grunt from the corner. Beonka peered in to the little room which showed a single light bulb. This was a new girl she was plump, not fat, normal. She had to of just came a few days ago. Beonka approached the girl with caution.
"LAUREN!!!!" Beonka exclaimed
"Who are you?"
"Lauren its Beonka what happened are you ok?"
"Beonka, is it really you?" Lauren said while he voice slowly faded out as if she were drifting off to sleep.
"Yes...are you ok what happened what did they do to you?"
"Nothing really just you know beat me with a hard rod and drugged me so I wouldn't run" she said with a faint half smile on her face. Beonka dragged Lauren to where Kayla was sitting. Kayla looked over Laurens plump body and said "how long?"
"Lauren...how long did they beat you?" Kayla said with tears running down her face.
"Two days I think not too sure" she said sitting up.
"Beonka...a word please.'' As she lifted her small body off the ground and to the opposite of the small room.
"ok." She said with a confused look on her face" hey what's wrong?"
"We don't have that much time if we wanna get out of here we gotta do it and do it fast!"
"What do you mean what's wrong please tell me."
"That doesn't matter what matters is that we get out and get out fast." Kayla said as she searched the ground for something.
"What are you looking for?" Beonka said
"Guys what's going on?" Lauren said standing up and slowly making her way over to the other girls.
Joe/Lucy
Moving a little faster than they should making hard corners and finally stopping at a little restaurant named Mr. Lee's Japanese restaurant and on one of the windows was Japanese writing which said "入る" (come in). Lucy and Joe slowly got out of the car stood there for a second and took a few deep breaths and started to walk towards the door. Joe opened the door and motioned for Lucy to go ahead she reluctantly walked through the glass frame and stood there taking in the smells of the freshly cooked food she could smell rice cooking, she could hear the sizzling of the oil hissing at the chefs all of this made her stomach hunger for a taste. She knew there was no times to sit down and chow down when she knows that she's hear for one reason and one reason only. To find her daughter and she wouldn't rest until she did just that. The couple made their way though waiters and customers in search for Mr. Lee to find out what they came here for.
"Hi excuse me where can we find Mr. Lee?" Lucy asked one of many busy waiters
"Hi. Hmm. go down this hall take the third right and then he should be in the room at the end" said the waiter with a big welcoming smile.
"Thank you." Lucy said as she was being pulled by her husband.
"Joe! What was that for you could let me say thank you to the nice young man?" she said as they rushed through the small hallway. Joe had hardly acknowledged she had said anything, so as default he just knotted his head in agreement. Now turning the corner down the third hallway they came to a door way with a red dragon on it. Both of them were standing in front of the door holding hands and bracing them self's for what might lie on the other side of the door. Joe brought of enough courage to knock three times on the dragon covered door. A few seconds went by and no answer. Joe leaned in to knock again when the door flew open and a puff of cigarette smoke filled their nostrils caused then to cough and chock. Lucy guarded by Joe watched as a small Japanese man emerged from the smoke,
"What do you want?" he said
"We have come to see Mr. lee." Joe said
"Mr. Lee isn't seeing anyone right now sorry. The little Japanese man started to shut the door when a hard kick sent him flying through the air.
"We came to see Mr. Lee." Lucy said firmly
"Ok please don't hurt me, I'm begging you please"
"We aren't going to hurt you, just take us to Mr. Lee or we are going to hurt you." She said while lifting him up to his feet. The three of them scurried down a smoke filled hallway and in to a small room where an old man sat staring out of the glass stained window like you would see in church. The little old man waved the man who had led them to him.
"Go get me some green tea "he said as he turned around to face Joe and Lucy." Oh well hello I know who you are" he said with an evil laugh.
"We were told that you had something for us." Joe said while holding out his hand like a little child who wanted a cookie "so if you don't mind we will take it and be on our way"
"Yes I do happen to have this key that might interest you," He said while dangling the silver key in he's greedy hands, "but there's a price to pay."
"What money do you want money?" he said but it seemed that's Mr. Lee wasn't looking at Joe but he was staring with intense eyes at Lucy. He motioned his hands for someone to come over, a few seconds past and to big muscled body builder men came over and grabbed Lucy by her arms bonding them behind her so she couldn't move. And the other grabbed Joe is the same way, Lucy squealed in pain as the man squeezed her arms the more she squirmed.
