Dear Diary,
Today is Friday. I got to sleep in late! Honestly, right now I feel like that's the only good thing that happened today. I've been trying to get my life together, and sort things out for school. Went out with a Elaine and Rosie, and we had a good time. It just that after Rosie brought us back to the dorm, Elaine came to my room. We decided to go to her room to check to see if Tegan was there. Because no one had heard from her, even though they both tried to get ahold of her. Well she was sleeping in her bed. Elaine honestly thinks she was faking because of when and how she rolled in bed. But it's whatever.
So we come back to my room, and we are listening to music. I end up Elaine how Tegan told me that she doesn't like how much I like 21 Pilots.
"Oh, I know. She's complained about it before. Saying how you like to do that."
"Do that?"
"Like become 'obsessed' with a group or song someone has showed you."
"Honestly I don't know anyone that doesn't. Like isn't that how music becomes popular?"
"Yeah, it is. "
We sat in silence for a bit. I had turned of the music, because it bothered me that bad.
"So she's actually complained to you about it?"
I asked.
"Yeah, like once, twice, okay like three or four times."
Again we sit in silence for a period of time. Then I said it..
"I really don't like how much this is bothering me. But that really bothers me."
"The music thing? Yeah, that would bother me too."
I'm still a little salty. Not going to lie. But when did liking a band, group, music become something to complain about? Like sorry I like a group that has good music. My bad.
In the back of my head I can hear my moms voice,
"Be like a duck, and left it roll off your feathers."
Well I think that's all for today, not very exciting, but ending with a BANG of drama. Fun, fun.
