BEA’S POV
“See you later” I said whilst waving to my best friend Carmen as she entered her flat.
It’s incredible; we’ve been friends since kindergarten. I remember the first time I saw her. We were two years old and we accidentally bumped into each other when we were running in the playground. We started crying but then Carmen pulled a funny face so we started laughing. We have been joined to the hip since then.
When we were 10 years old my family moved to the flat on top of hers’ and we were always going to each others’ through the emergency staircase at the side of the building.
I’m a very shy perdon but when I’m hanging around with Carmen I turn into a Party Hard Hipster. That’s why my nickname is Potato Hipster. The nickname Potato is a ver long story.
It all started when Carmen randomly asked: “May I call you potato?” and I answered “Yes but may I call you so too?” It became permanent when One Direction started shouting shouting “POTATOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!” in one of their videodiaries.
You see, we are really great fans of One Direction, I have a big crush on Niall Horan whilst Carmen has one on Zayn Malik. I remember our 1st concert together it was great fun and the best thing was that Niall Horan winked and smiled at me! Niall Fucking Horan smiled at me!!! My whole room is covered in photos and posters of them. I may seem a creep but I don’t care.
Carmen’s room is pretty much like mine, full of posters in every inch available. It is one of the many things we have in common apart from our looks. Carmen is a tall, thin girl with wavy brown hair that falls halfway down her back. She is a really beautiful girl, many people want to be like her. She likes eating popcorn but not some of it, a lot! She can eat a whole bowl in 30 mins, that’s why I don’t have any in my house! Carmen is a really calm girl but when she gets angry she can throw a shoe at you! That’s why her ‘slogan’ is: “What do you think shoes are for?” You can guess why her nickname is Potato Shoe.
