Lost Gem

Chpt.8

~Kyanite's POV~

It feels nice to have Emerald as more than a friend. He's still the same him, sweet, funny, and I admit, cute. He's done nice things for me, sometimes things he wouldn't usually do. For instance whenever Hemy was being mean, Emerald would be defensive for me. Don't you just love that? Now he's teaching me how to play Assassin's Creed. I'm getting better. Now my gem's healed and I really want them all to meet my sister and her friends.

"Hey Emy, you think the others could meet my sister and her friends?"

"I don't know, you know how Sun is with meeting new people."

"But he listens to you..." I gave him a puppy dog face. He looked at me and started laughing.

"Alright! I'll ask him. But first you have to give me something." He smiled a mischievous smile.

"Like what?"

"I don't know, just something." He shrugged. I thought for a moment.

"How 'bout a makeover?" He's gonna love this when he knows what I'm actually gonna get him. I'm just getting him some more clothes he'll actually like. He froze and I busted out laughing.

"W-what?" He stuttered.

"Lez go!" I dragged him out. "Get in your human form first."

"We're going out in public? You hate that." True, never thought of that.

"Humans wouldn't see me, just a normal human. Like them." I smiled and dragged him towards the mall.

"Ky, what are you gonna do to me now?" His face started to get red. I laughed.

"You'll see."

~Pyrite's POV~

I began my work. It wasn't hard course, but in my free time, I had to fix my hair. It was kinda warm in here, and my hair doesn't act right in the heat. It is getting cold outside anyways. I closed the store, fixing my hair heading back to the house. I walked home, then opened the door. Or at least tried. It wouldn't open.

"Rhy? Are you in there?" I yelled through the door. No answer. I knocked on the door loudly, but made sure to not mess up my nails. I just did them last night. Where is everyone anyways. I break down the door with the heel of my boot. The house was empty. Where is everyone?! "Hey?! Where are you guys?!"

~Kyanite and Emerald ~

Kyanite dragged Emerald into a store in the mall. It had both men and women's clothes and they had sizes to fit him, even his gem form. She pulled him to some shirts and let him choose which he liked best. After he did that, they went to the pants. It took a while to figure out his size, he was still tall in his human form. By the time they were done, it was dark. After that, they walked out and got icecream at a store near by. They decided to sit in the woods for a while, in their normal form, and he asked her something.

"Why don't you by you something?"

"I didn't want anything. Why?" She looked up at him.

"You always wear something different, I thought you would like to buy something."

"Nah, this was for you."

"And this is for you," He kissed her on her cheek. She turned away, red and smiling. He pulled her closer and she looked at him."You know I love you, right?" He looked down at her. She hugged him and buried her face in his chest. He held her tight and leaned against a tree, smiling.

I go to my room, and almost have a break down, seeing as all my stuff is gone.
