So those of you who have ever read "Percy betrayed" type stories- you know how usually they turn Annabeth into a bitch? I can't see that actually happening, so here's how I see Percabeth being broken up. Oh- and this is like if you're doing a 'Percy is gay' scenario.

Percy called Annabeth over. "Oh hey Percy, I needed to talk with you anyways." Percy nodded and then Annabeth continued "Maybe we should ask Mom and Poseidon to come here."

Percy nodded again. "Hey Dad, mind coming to the beach at Camp for a few minutes?" His father appeared, and a short 30 seconds later, so did Athena. "Lady Athena." Percy inclined his head.

"Annabeth, what did you need?" The wisdom goddess ignored the sea spawn as she turned to her daughter. "Well, I don't want you cursing Percy..."
"For what?" Athena's eyebrow went up.
"What's about to happen." Annabeth, Percy, and Poseidon all spoke at once, causing the goddess to narrow her eyes in suspicion.

Annabeth told Percy to say what he had to first. "Don't hate me." Percy pleaded, before quickly saying "ImgayandIdontknowwhattodoaboutus."
Percy had his eyes squeezed shut and when Annabeth processed what her Seaweed Brain had said, she laughed loudly.
"Seaweed Brain, I wanted to tell you that I'm more into girls. It's fine."

And thus Athena left, Poseidon smiled before flashing out, and Percabeth became just friends.
