  You wouldn't think she was a daughter of Apollo- or at least not at first. When she walked into Camp Half-Blood for the first time, all the guys around me thought she was a daughter of Aphrodite. I mean, sure she's pretty, but she has a coldness in her attitude that told me she wasn't.
 
  Ten minutes later, when she flipped about three guys who were hitting on her, they thought Ares. I saw what others didn't: she doesn't have the brutality characteristic of Ares children.

  She has a glint of mischief in her eyes, but not like my family and I.

  She has blond hair and silvery-blue eyes, and is very intelligent - many thought Athena. I just couldn't see it.

  Turns out she's a daughter of Apollo.
  She's thinking about joining the Hunters of Artemis.
  She's my best friend.
  Her name is Halios.
  And she's dying in front of me.
